Every dowel they sent me was to short so the bed looks like Complete crap. Just do yourself a favor and don’t buy this. Save up and buy a better quality of bed. So disappointed

Beautiful bed!

I absolutely love this bed!! There was one screw hole that was stripped prior to us even trying it. Otherwise it all works great. It had several parts & screws. etc. and takes quite a bit of assembly. Beautiful product!!

Value frame requires time to assemble

Took me 2 rounds of ~3 hours. Every piece is manually screwed together, and, the Allen key (Z tool) provided is not the best size for the tight angles you’re meant to use it for.Once assembled it looks nice. Up close however, you know this is a thin veneer. I received one damaged piece; all hardware and other piece okay. Too bad it’s the headboard and visible (shown). Company needs to copy some of the other budget frames and send the slats all in one piece with felt attaching them together.

Love my bed. It might be difficult for many people to put together but I enjoy that kind of thing. Once it’s put together correctly, it is a solid piece of furniture. I did think some of the wood was a bit soft and I don’t know how long those screw joints will last but so far so good. I did not need customer service and will rate that 5 stars anyway.

Very stylish, great look

This will not go up easily but if you're patient and can anticipate the path forward, it is impressive once it all comes together. I had a slight problem and I think the directions could have been a little clearer but I was able to get it all together. I really love it.

Difficult from day one

This bed has given us problems from the moment we put it together. It wobbles, its flimsy, and despite tightening everything and even adding more supports, still feel like it will fall apart the moment we get in it. I thought I was getting a great deal but it’s been a gigantic headache.

Nothing Was Right (Except the Color)

Bed frame was 7 inches longer, head to foot, than shown in the specs. This must have been a production mistake because this size would be far too large for any mattress except a custom one. Another possibility was that what was sent was meant to have a headboard, but, per images and what I ordered, it was not what I ordered.The pieces were shabby. The side portions of the frame are each made out of two joined pieces of wood. When we received ours, one of them had begun to split where the wood was joined. I had to drill in several holes and screws to keep them together. This was before realizing the frame was too large. Two of the wooden slats split when I screwed them into the frame.Additionally, assembling this bed was a tedious process. It took several hours. I found a similar bed on WayFair for half the price with better quality wood I could assemble in literally 20 minutes.When contacting support, initially I was told I can return it, but I would have to pay a return and restocking fee. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding, but I couldn't see any reason to have to pay them for receiving what amounts to the wrong product. This was resolved, eventually.I won't be purchasing from Walker Edison in the future. Less

Buy It!

This bed is fantastic! It does require quite a bit of setup, but it’s worth it. It feels so sturdy and looks incredible. Definitely recommend. The quality and aesthetic are 10/10.

Pre-drilled holes didn’t line up on several pieces, so there was no way to properly join the frame. Had to leave out several screws to force the thing together (thankfully, it seemed stable once assembled). Wish I could get my money back and chuck this thing on the curb. Dont buy this.tbh? Should have gone with ikea.

Headboard weak. Screws stripped

Can’t handle heads leaning on back headboard. After just a month, the two end screws popped out- the screws stripped. Very soft wood/not durable. We need to write to the company for replacement screws on both sides- and hopefully something to help them stay in the wood. It is a pretty piece of furniture however.

Incorrect dimensions

Be aware that the dimensions under the dimensions drop-down for the queen bed are completely incorrect. The length of the queen bed is 87 1/2 inches not 68 inches. I purchased the bed based off these are dimensions and the bed did not fit. Customer service refuses to allow me to return the bed without paying exorbitant fees. Walker Edison needs to get their dimensions correct so that customers can make informed purchases and not have to pay a bunch of money to return items that do not fit due to their error.

Pretty good bed but..

No instructions come with the bed which makes it really difficult to assemble in a timely manner. However the bed itself is good quality. We’ve ordered this bed twice and both times no instructions.

Beautiful frame, hard to put together

Beautiful frame, not intuitive when assembling. Would love a matching headboard because of the gap. Any chance the headboard will come back in stock?

Great frame, looks great and is sturdy!

Love the look of this bed frame and the wood. I would say the assembly is fairly complex. And the directions say no power tools so commit a whole day to assemble. It does achieve a very beautiful look and is sturdy.

Bought about 1 mo ago and still love it. A little tricky to put together. Def drink a pot of coffee or tea bf you start LOL. Otherwise just as pictured. Quality for the price = value! Beautiful finish.

Bed Itself is Fine-Directions and Assembly is Awful

The wood seems to be of good quality for the most parts but the fact that literally everything is in separate pieces made assembly cumbersome. Granted I’m not the quickest when it comes to these things but it took HOURS. Be hesitant when buying as this will take a whole lot of effort to put together as well as dealing with holes not being aligned and having to make a number of adjustments.

Comfortable Bed Frame

I am so grateful for this bed frame and headboard! It’s real wood, which seems hard to come by these days without spending an ungodly amount of money. It’s stable and comfortable, and doesn’t smell like a bunch of chemicals which I appreciate. Does take a while to put together so I recommend having two people.

Not worth it

I will start by saying this bed is not sold by Walmart but rather a third-party seller. Therefore, Walmart had nothing to do with the issues I had with this purchase.The first bed I received had a broken headboard. Because the bed is shipped in two separate boxes, it was easy for the company to just send a new headboard as the frame was totally fine. The second headboard was also damaged. The company reluctantly decided to send a third headboard rather than take the product back or give any type of refund. The third headboard they sent me was also damaged and had obviously been “fixed”. There was evidence of wood glue all over the spindles and was quite wobbly.Now what? This process had already been going on for months, and I was so frustrated. Though I was grateful for the replacements, the company just clearly didn’t have any kind of product inspection, and didn’t seem to care much about the quality of their product or customer service.They refused to take the bed back and refused any kind of refund throughout this ordeal. So I was left with three broken headboards and a nice bed frame. The bed looks nice but just wasn’t worth all that trouble. Less

Horrible Walmart Customer Service, stay away!

I only recio e of the two boxes. I only received the headboard and missing the bed frame. There is no one to reach for this, I should have stuck to Amazon.

Half of the screws needed to assemble the bedframe were missing from the package. The integrity of some of the joints did not seem structurally sound. Returned the product - I wouldn't purchase from this company again.
