I just love this tray! The first one arrived cracked but customer service was great and went a replacement right away. The tray is heavy and well made. It is worth every penny. You will not be disappointed!

This Wood Mirrored Serving Tray is the second one that I've bought. It was packaged with care and is just beautiful. I love this tray and will buy another one as a gift.

I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars because once I received a tray that wasn't broken it was amazing. It fit perfectly on my coffee table and looks fabulous. Really adds something special and I get a lot of compliments!!! I ordered this item twice and both times it came cracked and broken. The second time worse than the first. It seemed like the wasn't packaged properly in the warehouse. Also the fragile sticker is so small I wouldn't be surprised if it was just thrown around in transit. Delivery also took forever to go across state lines (not very far at all). Customer Service was great though, both times!

Very very pretty, had a few areas with glue but I was able to remove them with a little pledge and elbow grease. The cut outs aren't my favorite (saw another style with square ones) but that would be my only complaint and not big enough to purchase another almost identical tray. Overall - perfect!
