Exquisite workmanship

The photo does not do the settee justice, as another reviewer noted. The shading of the finish, the details of the turnings, the sturdy construction, are way beyond any expectations I had. I called, and Toscano told me this was made in Indonesia. The carving and detail do not really show up in the photo. A wonderful product!!

This is a beautiful piece . well crafted - I've had mine for several years and it has taken a lot of use and doesn't show it. A great value.

I love the settee, it fits perfectly in my entrance foyer. The only reason for the 4 stars is the finish is much darker than in the picture. It seems to be well made and will last a long time.

The picture on this website does not do this bench any justice. Because of the price and the picture on the page, I expected something much lower quality. When the bench arrived and I opened the box, I was so impressed. This is actually a very fine piece of furniture. No assembly required. The materials and finish are high quality, and the bench itself is sturdy and strong. It definitely is more "substantial" than it looks in the picture, and the colours are much richer. I have been looking for a bench like this for years, a bench like this easily cost two to three times more at many furniture stores, and is something you would find in a high end store. I love it, such a great purchase! You can't go wrong. I recommend it over and over.
