Great Ottoman

Just screw the feet in and done! Came package really well, good quality fabric and piece of furniture. I love the smaller size. Big enough for a small coffee table but big enough as a foot rest

Exactly as pictured -- true to color and looks expensive. Attached the feet with no problems and ready to use in a minute. All 7 blankets I wanted to store (5 throw blankets--2 of which are quite plush, and 2 Mexican blankets) fit nicely. Comfortable to sit on. Sturdy as well. I recommend this ottoman.

Second Chance

I am doing an update review on this product after having finally found a phone number on the internet for Convenience Concepts which by the way is 1 800 468-6447, not 1 800 466-6447 which is the one printed on the instructions you receive with the ottoman. Anyway, problems solved with the legs. What i thought were part of the legs were black plastic painted covers over the screws that need to be removed before screwing legs on. I had to use pliers to get mine offf but underneath were the screws. Then its no problem. The instructions just need to be rewritten saying to remove the BLACK plastic covers (because they look like they are the part of the legs with them being same color) to connect the legs. And, of course, a correct phone number. This ottoman is perfect now except for the hassle which is why I gave 4 stars.

Feet don’t fit.

I just received this ottoman in green and it looks fine but I can’t get the feet to screw in.

A VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

I love the ottoman, but one of the side came loose from the corner. I bought it in June of this year, thats only 3 months ago. I am very disappointed and the ottoman looks terrible. I had to put it in my bedroom so no one could see it. before it broke it was in my living-room which matched our decor, which was very attractive. I am hoping walmart will make good on it and have it repaired. I searched several months looking for the right ottoman and thought I had found it. Patricia

Really nice Ottoman

Came very fast. Opened it and checked it to make sure no scratches or scrapes. None found. All I had to do was screw on the feet, very simple. Ottoma had a very slight new odor as with any new product, but airing it out for a few hours and voila, odor gone. It is very nice to look at, sit on or put your feet on. I am thoroughly satisfied and pleased with it. It's a nice addition to my den. Thanks Hayneedle, good product.

This faux leather ottoman with nailhead trim blends perfectly with the rest of my faux leather/nailhead trim Iiving room set. it's just the right size to compliment/ not overwhelm the chair. The tufted work on the top Is beautifully done and the storage space inside is quite roomy and much needed/ appreciated. The best! Looked around quite alot and couldn't find anything half as nice- So happy with my purchase. Enjoying it alot!

Love my new ottoman!! I chose the cappuccino color and couldn’t be more pleased! I also like the cushy feeling it has on my feet/legs. It is well constructed and true to the dimensions. Only had to screw on the legs...ha, make sure you take off the plastic coverings first when screwing them in. The only complaint would be the new smell inside, but I’m airing it out before storing..to be expected I’m sure.

This ottoman exceeded my expectations. It's the perfect size and height. I love the detailing with the nail head trim at the bottom and tufted top with covered buttons. It is faux leather but looks real and it is a rich dark brown color. We have cats and so far it is standing up to kitty nails when they jump up on it. I would absolutely recommend this ottoman.

This Copper Grove Mendocino Storage Ottoman is the perfect solution and size to fit right inside my front door. I can store my outside shoes in it for easy and organized access, and then sit on it to change my shoes right before going out. I love the navy color that goes so well with my décor. I often get compliments on it from visitors and would highly recommend it for its style, quality, elegance and versatility!

Very nice ottomans. I bought two to go with two Christopher Knight PU leather recliners I had purchased earlier on Overstock and they match quite nicely. The recliners were the same shade of brown and also have the same nail-head trim. I don't always want to put up the footstool on the recliners because they are also rocker/gliders so the stools work great at those times. And the storage feature is an added bonus, who can't use more storage! Overall look great, seem like quite good quality and should last for a while.
