The worst service ever.!!! Beware never order furniture from this site. I ordered $10,000 bedset 10 months back and still havent received my order. Customer service is even pathetic, told me they lost the order.!!! Now not picking up my call . Beware u dont want to be in my situation ever. I have invested so much money and time . WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE.!!!

Beautiful bed

This bed set is very elegant and well built! Pictures appear more rose gold than they truly are. It's more silver. Production and Delivery took over a month that's the only reason not 5 stars.

Love this chair

I just received this chair Tuesday, and I love it. The color is beautiful exactly as shown. It’s very firm, and great quality, not a scratch on it. The delivery men were excellent, very professional, polite and handled the furniture with care. They placed everything exactly where I wanted it.

Mirror for vanity

Gave 5 stars for great looking mirror arrived with no damage Returned due to wrong size mirror for vanity which overstock's website showed this as a add on, this return was a big hassle repacking and loading into SUV, mistake by overstock and customer service Rep understood my position but supervisor did not, great job by customer service Rep supervisor Definitely needs more customer retention training. Do yourself a huge favor make sure you order smaller mirror made for bench and NOT the one that overstock recommends which "WILL NOT FIT"
