PATHETIC SHIPPING

I read few reviews saying it came damaged. I was dumbfounded to find myself in the set situation. horrible service. extremely pathetic shipping. it was packed by keeping in the original box as is. no padding. no cushioning, etc etc. horrible mistake. This was a gift for family and I am troubled now, last minute.

Bad shipping

This came shattered in a million pieces from not being packed right. I did not even open it with glass falling out of sides. I spoke to a guy by text customer service and he handled me with a return and reordered a new one. I never received it and now it is not available online to purchase.

Beautiful Pitcher that was damaged

Although we had high hopes for these pitchers, they arrived in a million little cracked glass boxes. You see, Macy's shipped my order to me promptly. However, when I opened the box, inside were two individual boxes each with a pitcher. There was no protective bubble wrap anywhere inside the box. I was crushed as I was planning on using them for Thanksgiving. So if you order these on line, consider having them shipped to Macys and then pick them up. It will avoid receiving damaged goods. Macy's you need to do a better job at securing your products when shipping. I was quite disappointed.

This pitcher makes a wonderful gift for wedding, anniversary, employee recognition or treat yourself!

The product itself weights a good amount (feels sturdy) but easy to pick up.

Ordered first one and unfortunately it arrived broken. Birch Lane corrected immediately and sent out a new one. The pitcher is gorgeous and quite sturdy. Looks beautiful as a water pitcher on our breakfast table!

This an excellent pitcher!! I like the large size. It is constructed so that it is easy to handle and pour, even when full.

this thing shattered before first use as I was washing it in the sink, with minimal impact with the sink edge.

Beautiful but with a fragile handle

Beautiful pitcher...I loved it and was so careful with it. Never picked it up by the handle alone. Always held the bottom too. The handle has a crack in it. Lenox will not honor the 50% off breakage replacement card. They are blaming me. I never bumped or mis handled it. Any one else have a problem with the handle?
