this company should learn how to ship a succulent. you don't saturate them and them ship them in a hot dark box. I an sure if you're a gardener, you can guess how this plant arrived. emaciated and dead. altman farms please do better. I will ahy away from another open plant if I see you as the seller.

Rotten plants

When I received the plants, they were rotten and had a weird smell. They would not survive.

Fast shipping, arrived ok, was packed well !

String of bananas arrived within 2 days, once processed. Packaged great for shipping. Seller shipped in sturdy cardboard with paper padding at both ends. Plant arrived in ok condition. You can tell it was tossed around in shipping but that's not sellers fault. I am glad they still chose FedEx though, if it had been USPS, I probably wouldn't have gotten it until next week. Plant looks like it was very happy before shipping, I can see where it has bloomed. Hopefully it will recover well. Had some breakage but hope to root the stems that fell off. Idk if the leaves will root or not. Overall happy but the reason for the 4 is because it looks a little bald in the center and had some mushy leaves.

Plant came severely damaged

I ordered several different plants for the first time from Lowe's.com and every single one was ruined. They packaged the live plants terribly. Almost all of the leaves were knocked off of the plants

The plant had been dumped out of the pot before shipping. Picked up in what looked like hand fulls of plant and dirt and piled back into the pot. It was a huge mess and despite my best efforts the plant was died within a few days. I messages Home Depot and never got a response. Was very disappointed!!

The plant in the package arrived healthy but some mud came out of the pot. (A bit messy) Also plant doesnt have long strings which is going to take time to grow, compare to the ones i previously got from the store already had longer strings(thats the main cool thing about this plants)

I ordered these plants on two separate occasions, and on both times they came in great condition, despite some of the soil having spilled out during shipment. The only thing I have found is that for my climate, the soil they were shipped in held too much moisture and I needed to mix it with some succulent specific soil to allow better drainage and prevent root rot. Very happy with these plants, they are a great addition to our space and grow easily in good conditions.
