I have contacted Houzz multiple times now and they still haven’t sent me the correct chairs. I ordered and paid for chairs and the wrong ones were sent to me. I am very unhappy with the third party seller for not resolving this issue right away. I have had to call Houzz many times and emailed as well and still no chairs.
I love, love, love these stools! Shipping was fast and they arrived in perfect condition. I opened the boxes thinking I would have to put them together but NOPE - they were ready to go. They are exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier. I was worried they wouldn't be comfortable but they are. They even have rubber pieces on the bottom already so they won't scratch the floor. I initially ordered 2 and was so happy with my purchase I bought another one. Do it.
