Great Sauna

This is a wonderful sauna! It looks great and is high quality. It took two men a few hours to put together but that's not bad considering the size. It arrived within a week of ordering. It has a 20 amp plug so we had an electrician install a new outlet and put it on a separate breaker.

I do not often write a review - but when I do...

I was a tad dubious about spending 3,000 on a sauna, but the sauna works fantastic.

Works well and comfortable size.

My husband bought this for our home use. It has been a year and I am happy to report that we do enjoy this purchase. So far it has held up and performed wonderfully. A few things to caution: 1. It did arrive with some pieces of wood chipped but Overstock was quick to remedy that situation. 2. The temperature never reaches the max temp it claims. About 132 was the highest we could get it to but it was plenty hot to break a sweat. It's a great size and quite comfortable to lounge in not just sit for two people.

Not the Canadian Radiant Spa

Ordered this thinking it was made by the canadian company "Radiant", but to find out this was made in china was disappointing. I did end up returning this.

Nice Sauna - Good Price

The installation of the sauna leaves a little more to be desired. Not very quality instructions. Structure felt flimsy and easy to damage when putting together. The backrest was broken. Although mfg is sending a replacement part. Upon getting everything put together, I must say I am impressed with this sauna. Heats up very quickly and feels awesome. Satisfied Customer!

I bought this unit to replace a 15 year old sauna that finally died and am so happy!! It's like upgrading from a good Toyota to a BMW. Easy to install and works perfectly!!

We purchased this in July. The shipping was quick and efficient. It was easy to assemble. The multiple different lighting settings are a nice feature and the radio works well. Overall we are very pleased, the only thing we would recommend is to have a higher quality finish on the exterior ceiling.

I was very excited to receive this sauna. Setup was easier than expected and it's wonderful to come home to after a long day of work or a tough workout. An excellent addition to our basement and our lives.

Do not buy unit faulty out of box.3mo later no sol

After I bought this sauna I didn't assemble it until couple months after delivery. At that time I noticed that 1 sauna wall was damaged during shipping (I figured it was my fault for not noticing right away) and never made a claim. After I assembled it, I noticed that clear lights in front of sauna work for only 2 sec after you plug in the unit and then they turn off and can't be turned on. If you unplug the sauna and plug it in again, they will turn on again for 2 seconds. Since the unit was faulty out of box, I called the service/ warranty dept but now 3 month later they won't send me new power box and keep giving me bunch of run around and excuses. Do not buy

Exactly what is described

We bought this one after much research and have not been disappointed. Handle was broke upon receipt but calling customer service always got us directly to a live person and after some supply issues everything is great. Sauna heats up right away, does not use much electricity and looks great. You will need two people to put this together, the front panel is pretty heavy due to all of the glass., ,,,,, I do not like the radio/bluetooth interface as when you are playing music from your phone you can't check or change the temperature without the music stopping., ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Make sure that the largest piece (back or front) can fit through your stairs, my stairs were 1/2" too short and ended up having to put it in an alternative spot. I did have to "repair" a piece of molding that had detached but a couple of finish nails took care of it no problem.
