DO NOT BUY SWING N SLIDE

We cannot use our swing set because the "engineers" only thought to drill the beam with one hole for each side of the swing when the hardware they sent needs 2 holes. When I call to get hardware that fits the holes that were drilled the company told me sorry you are out of luck we will not help you, you will have to drill your own holes because we gave you a support beam that is meant for many different playsets so it is only predrilled for the playsets that use single hardware. So I asked for the hardware that fits the beam that was sent and I was told NO. I would have to go buy that hardware to match the beam they sent and/or drill into the support beam to make the second holes for the hardware they sent. If anything breaks STILL ZERO accountability for them.

[Rewarded Review] Great Playset, Poor Quality Screws

Spent the last couple of weeks (weather related) putting this together. Started with the major assemblies in the garage before moving outside. As a whole, the playset setup was ok. There are multiple steps that should be done in different order than what the instructions say, in order to make assembly easier. Also, the use of a generic set of wood that covers multiple playsets, led to some confusion in the end because of leftover boards and screws that are never used.

[Rewarded Review] Good Support, Confusing Materials List

Just had my swingset delivered earlier this week. Material appears to be good quality. One confusing part was the use of a generic hardware list that is used for multiple playsets. This led to early confusion about whether hardware (bolts/screws/nuts) was missing. Also, all deck screws are shorter than listed length by 1/8-1/4". Customer support has been excellent in clarifying confusion and even getting broken wood shipped out.

We bought this last year and let me tell you, it couldn’t have come at a more perfect time since we were cooped up at home! The kids loved the slide, play area and swings! We have spent countless hours outside playing on our play set!

Parents bought this for us 2 years ago. Kids play with it almost every day. Haven’t had many issues with it. Minor upkeep and maintenance is required but overall we have gotten good value out of it.

Took hubby about two days to assemble by himself. He said the screws werent identified as well as they could have been, but he figured it out. The kids absolutely love it!

missing pieces and awful customer service

Not only were we missing hardware but we were missing some of the wood. So we called to ask them to send what were were missing and she wanted us to send a picture of every single piece that was sent to us. Which wouldve taken hours to lay out and email. We spent $900!!! We expect every piece! And if theres a mistake then they should fix it. Not expect me to work for what i paid for! The price of what were were missing wouldve costed $30 bucks! Very upset!

Quality Playset

The quality of the playset is great. The instructions and layout are easy to follow. I was able to assemble by myself in approximately 12 hours. The only frustration was the playset has torque, square and philips screws. I spent several minutes trying to figure out which screws the instructions were referring to use. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and would recommend to anyone looking.

Used pro referral service for installation. I was able to have it installed the same week it was delivered. Kids 8yr twins absolutely love it so far. Seems pretty stable. Although some of the would appears to have some cracks in it. I will be sealing it soon.

Quality of the kit was good but packaging and organization, and assembly was a frustration. Some examples are most the boards for step 1 and 2 are in one box and only one piece is in another. The screws are mixed bags (like 1 bag with 2” and 1” screws mixed). Look at instructions in detail first.
