what happened!

I purchased one of these previously and fell in love with the pillow it was so heavy. I had to use two hands, so I purchased another one for my husband. What a difference when I received the second one it didn’t even feel like it was half stuffed, and it just bent in half and was not even near the weight as the first one. It looked like it was used.!! Really disappointed!

Poor quality, insubstantial, lumpy pillows

Not medium firm at all per the listing, they squished all the way down with ease, it would take 2 to make the firmness of one medium pillow. They are also very lumpy and the filling was coming out from somewhere, there were bits all over the place. These were supposed to be a gift but will be returning them; I’d be embarrassed to actually gift these. Lesson learned, no more online pillow purchases

Most disappointed

I ordered 2 pillows. They came in just a thin plastic wrapping and were way too large for the box they were stuffed in. They could have been easily ripped from box knife upon opening-

Highly disappointed! Had I seen these pillows in person I would NEVER have bought them. They are the thinnest pillows I’ve ever seen to the point that when you lay your head on them it feels like there’s no pillow there at all. To show you just how thin they are, the pillow on the left is a cheap ($12.99 for two pillows) pillow I bought for a spare bedroom. The pillows on the right are these pillows. Together they are as thick as the one cheap one. I did leave them sit open as I saw in other people’s comments and this is what they look like after 24 hours of sitting open. It also says in the description “polyester gel” filling. The filling in these is exactly the same as the filling in my cheap pillow which is just regular polyester. It’s just a lot less filling In the expensive pillow. So I would say that’s false advertising to add the word “gel” in there and make it seem like it’s something different. Absolutely not worth the price. If returning things weren’t such a hassle I would but instead I have to take a loss on this one and buy new pillows. I usually love Wayfair and buy almost all my home goods there (literally have spent thousands of dollars here) but this purchase was almost like they sent me the wrong thing or even a defect. Not sure what happened this time around.
