Looks better than I expected.
This curtain is flat
This does not look like a balloon valance in person. It is flat and reminds me of a bed sheet because of the material. Although the price is great, the quality is poor and shipping cost makes up for what you would spend on a better quality item. It costs nearly $30 with the purchase of only 2 of these less than appealing curtains.
