Apparently old stock. The box had been opened. Verified that ALL of the parts were in the box. This is an exact match faucet to the one that I have previously installed in my guess bath. Works well for a low end Koehler.

Excellent Faucet

This faucet is excellent. It looks beautiful. The movement of the taps is smooth and easy. The water flow is quiet. It went together very easily -- did it myself. We are very pleased. Highly recommended.

For whatever reason the same Koehler facet we installed in 2015 incurred a leak inside the facet. Because my other sink in the bathroom matched I bought the same again to fix the leak and maintain the match. 7 years shouldn't leak.

This faucet taught me that just because you buy a Kohler brand faucet does not mean it will be trouble-free. On my previous bathroom remodel I purchased a more expensive Kohler faucet and it has been perfect. This time I wanted to save some money and I purchased this Elliston. Within a few months of installation the faucet started a slow drip from one of the water supplies. I must give Kohler credit for making the repair easy for me to do. They sent me the replacement part I needed and responded promptly and helpfully when I needed additional instructions. In the repair process I realized that the handles are just plastic and the chrome finish could easily be damaged. If I could do it over, I would have bought a more expensive/higher quality faucet. That being said, the Kohler customer service made the hassle I ended up with manageable and fixable.

It's hard to go to a web site with all the distractions and pick the right products. As an 8" wide set is not the current favorite and I was having it installed, I asked the installer how to narrow it down to an appropriate product. It does not do any good if it looks nice but the components are weak. Kohler was one of the brands recommended to me as a quality product. It has a good warranty and the installer was pleased with the ease of installation. Oh yeah, it looks good.

Arrived quickly, and in good shape. No special tools required for easy install. Simple common wrenches and screw-driver. Uses plumbers putty intead of crappy plastic washer on mounting surfaces. Nice heavy faucet, operates smoothly. Looks and feels very well made. Time will tell. Good so far

My drain lever broke and we decided to replace the old Kohler faucets from the 1960's too. I am trying to keep my original porcelain and tile so thought these 8" faucets were a find and I was not disappointed nor was the plumber. I hope they give the same good service and look that the old ones did.
