Stools are very sturdy and nice looking. Swivel is smooth. Have had for awhile and have had no issues. Would recommend for anyone needing additional seating.

Overall, I'm impressed with this product with one exception. That exception is the seller's (Decor & Fixtures?) failure to properly respond to my concern with one of the leg's connection points with the foot rest (see attached photo). I assembled 2 stools in total and all was well until the last leg wherein the bolts sank into the wood without much pressure unlike the other 7 legs. Oh, one other "concern" is the quality of the packaging which was split open (see photo) along one side of one of the two cartons. I'm pretty certain this wasn't related to my problem with the leg/footrest situation but it did concern me upon arrival.

I love these counter stools. I was really surprised at their quality for the price I paid. I purchased these for our kitchen counter at our cabin house. I had 2 stools and wanted 4. These are similar style to the ones I already have, but much better quality/look. They came in a box to be bolted together. My husband had them up and in use within 20 minutes. There was no damage, scratches, stain irregularities, etc. They were perfect.

This stool was obviously purchased by someone else prior to being delivered to my house. The packaging was split open and taped back together in a number of locations. The hardware package insert was opened and then stapled back together but unfortunately for me, some washers were missing. After replacing these washers I proceeded to put the stool together. All parts were manufactured properly and the assembly was fairly simple. It took more than the said "10 minutes" to put together but the stool was strong and very nice looking when done. I would purchase this product again but would hope that in the future someone monitors returned packages for quality control better.

These stools are very well made. I am Using these stools at an espresso colored bar and the seats match the bar wonderfully! They are light weight yet very sturdy. I am very pleased with the quality of the Safavieh stools.
