Not real sturdy.

Hard to get the cross pieces into the holes and to get them to stay. Now I have to rework it and hope it works. The 'stakes' into ground are long right angle material and no way would they go into my ground. Sorry I bought it and now have to figure a way to work with it or total loss of 160 bucks

Very difficult to put together, instructions are not clear,none of the pieces are marked,examples,says start with the left post,there’s no to tell which post is the right or left. Don’t waste your money, if I hadn’t put it together I would have returned it

Doesn’t look like wood

I was expecting composite/resin material, but it’s lightweight, regular ole plastic. The photo is deceiving IMO.

put together in less than one hour and no missing parts!! Installed around rose bushes, (leveled, plumbed, and anchored) and had the wife's approval in less than two hours. It was exactly what we wanted and if it lives up to the warranty, it should mean that we won't be doing this again.

Sturdy and great design. Looks awesome in my garden. Using to protect the birds using the birdfeeder from hawks that have attacked the birds eating.

The arbor is made of nice pvc. It is easy to assembly and looks great at our front walkway.

It was very easy to put together and the size is perfect. The only negative is that it looks like the plastic it's made of. It would be perfect if it would have some wood pattern so it would look more natural. We still like it a lot and once it has some lights attached and vines growing up it will be perfect. The price is good too.

I like the Arbor and it wasn't too difficult to put together. However, the reason I give such a low rating is it says it includes: "16-inch steel ground anchors." They are not steel. They are hard plastic. And so that seems like a rip-off and I worry it won't hold up.

The Brownish hue or colored color is nice with my greenery. Not hard to assemble . Lightweight and fun to look at. I hope it outlasts me in this world of wonder.

The product arrived quickly. All the parts were there. It does require a drill for the assembly which was noted in the instructions. For the price it was fine. The only thing I didn't like is it doesn't seem as durable as I would have preferred. It does look nice though.

Not bad and a good alternative to wood

After pricing wood and considering its life span and the process to cut and fit everything together, I decided that a vinyl kit was the way to go. Kit arrived with nothing missing or damaged pieces. All of the holes lined up without any problems. Took one person about 2 hours to assemble. Use a large flat surface like your deck, and don't tighten everything up until you've inserted all of the pieces. A little patience helps too. Its lightweight and will tend not want to stay "square", so get a helper to transport to its intended location and when you finally set it in place.. Also - getting the same amount of left side/right side "overhang" of the top pieces on each side of the upright supports will take a few tries - another reason not to tighten everything up until you are finished. The 7ft height was more than I needed, so some of the bottom of the unit was direct buried. This helped with the arbor stability, but you need to keep checking that the unit remains true and square as you backfill. Time will tell how it handles the weather and wind. Would purchase again.

Very nice arbor. Not that difficult to put together. Great mocha color. Cannot wait to put a vine on it.

Love it but frustrated with many missing parts

Missing several parts - it's difficult to figure out which parts are missing because there are so many. I need to disassemble it and measure each crossbar they managed to get into the box so I can call them and ask for the missing ones. Just a headache in general. I really love the color though!
