My first Bidet experience

While I have nothing to compare this one to, I can point out some things I have noticed. Positive: there are a lot of ways to customize things - pressure, temperature, position. This makes it easy for every user to have a good experience. There is a sensor that beeps when you sit down. I am assuming this means that a child can not push buttons and make a mess of things (I have not tried to press the buttons without sitting down, though!). There are some "not necessary, but really nice things like the heated seat option and night light option. The water heats up quickly. Now the things that could use a bit of a tweak: the night light is really bright - it reflects out of the bathroom and down the hall. The dryer blows about as much air as those things they put in your nose at the hospital. Also, the bidet does not perfectly fit our toilet so the toilet rim shows a bit on the inside of the bidet seat. In general, as a first time bidet owner, the thing that I have to get used to is the seat shape and material. You can't sit on the lid. I purposely got one with attached controls so I would not have an out of reach remote, but I can see how a remote would be good - especially for people with mobility issues, trouble reaching to the side, trouble with "knowing" where the buttons are to push (it is hard to read the word/symbols when they are on your side and not well lighted), have a body shape that hangs over the seat on the sides, or any number of reasons.

We love our Alpha GX Wave Bidet Toilet Seat. It works perfectly, nice variety of settings for the temp and amount of water stream.

Fantastic Bidet

Had never used a bidet before I bought this one, but I love it! Recently had surgery and has really been helping with hygiene. Now I don't even like to use the bathroom someplace that doesn't have a bidet! This one has great features, and is very easy to install and use.

Very happy with the GX Wave Bidet

We are very happy with this Bidet. We were going to order one from Amazon, but they no longer make the one we wanted. We were very skeptical of the other products on Amazon, and the reviews weren't great for the ones we did consider.

Pretty Good Start Bidet!

This is my first bidet. It seemed like the best bargain, though I didn't do a ton of research. It didn't come with all of the parts I needed and had to have multiple exchanges with BidetKing customer service as well as independent research on different forums to see if I could hook up the bidet to my faucet and how to identify what hardware I would need. After I confirmed the hardware, it was all pretty easy to set up (I have some installation, handyman experience).

I got this seat because I wanted more features than just water. After searching around for days, I finally found out that for the price, it has all the key features that I wanted. I liked how the back of the bidet was not as high as the others, it is a lower profile model which helps with the angle of the seat that some people struggle with. It has heated seat which in the winter season in Wisconsin will be nice. It has heated water, which is great even though you only get about 30-40 seconds of it depending on what setting you have it on. You get pulse and oscillating feature for the water flow. You get the regular flow which at max is gentle enough, you get the rear + which on max is pretty strong (may be too strong for someone who is new/trying out for the first time), and you have the female wash (which is more of a wide wash, I have been told). I do wish that the rear + has the oscillating feature but it does not. It has a gentle slow closing lid and seat. It has the sittable lid which I will not use but can be helpful if you have kids who like to stand on top to reach higher. The nightlight led works great for anyone. I do like how everything is on the side control panel and easily labeled, but I do wish that the labeling/writing would be darker, and not a gray color since that gets hard to read sometimes. The assembling of it was very easy (took about 20 minutes if you have done it before) and nice that you can detach it from the holder by holding in the 2 buttons (1 on each side) for easy clean up under the bidet. The plug in cable is about 3 feet long which may not be long enough for some people but was enough for me. The cable is on the left hand side if you are sitting on the toilet, or on the right hand side if you are standing looking at it. Overall I am very pleased and happy with it. I now can recommend the seat, as well as the website for the great and quick shipping.

Great for older customers

This was a gift for my elderly parents. It had been helpful for them with mobility issues. It works well once installed. We had to plug through the vanity, so it took a little extra work. Well worth it though!

All the bells and whistles for a great price

This washlet bidet seat has it all including a seat warmer and warm air to dry yourself after the fully adjustable spray is finished getting you clean. We have been planning to get one for ourselves for years. I don't know what took us so long. Now we just have to run an outlet near the toilet in the other bathroom! Excellent value and quality construction.

So far very happy. Purchased option for round toilet and works fine; however, I would suggest that anyone getting a bidet seat to have an elongated toilet. It will be better for males and those over 50 lbs. water pressure, temp and drying very good. Use of TP greatly reduced. Septic tanks should be happier.

A total upgrade

Got this seat for my boyfriend and he's obsessed. Note: it's for elongated toilets! Won't work for round. Best part in my opinion is the heated seat, but he loves the power of the sprayer and the internal lights that he keeps on at all times, basically a nightlight. It made for a great gift!

GX Wave review

I had a great experience learning about your products, easy ordering and delivery, and install smooth. Enjoying the Wave. It would be nice to be able to know the annual energy cost average. I live in Carmichael CA.

Dryer could be stronger

The alpha GX wave works fine for being the lowest model. The dryer lacks power to dry completely, but I guess you can use two cycles. All other features work well.

Convenient, comfy, and warm for winter :)

This was very easy to install and is easy to operate. I love the setting options and the warm temperature water and seat are great. It also has a convenient little "nightlight" if I get up in the middle of the night.

(just about) Everything that I wanted!

This bidet fits all the needs of myself and other members of my household. While hot water is not endless, there is enough in the tank for about 15 seconds while under eco mode (and more if turned off). I also appreciate the heated seat and oscillating features. Setup was extremely straightforward.

Beyond Expectations

The Alpha GX Wave exceeded my expectations. The air blower was much stronger than my previous bidet toilet seat. I can actually sit down on the cover because its is stronger than my previous bidet toilet seat. I much prefer the attached controls on the side vs. a remote control in part because the batteries don't run out at inopportune times. And Mark with helped with online support and voice support was awesome. Thanks

Great upgrade

This is our first bidet. Installation was very simple. I like the mechanism to adjust for toilet holes as well as front rim adjustment. Everything works as expected. I'm not too impressed with the drying feature but it might be just me not wanting to sit on it that long. Bidet seat does make some noise for a few seconds after toilet is flushed even if bidet seat functions are not used and it sounds like tank refilling or similar. I did install another outlet for this purpose and so the cord can reach it.

Game Changer!

I cannot believe what a difference this has made in my life. Without getting disgusting I will say that I have never felt cleaner. I used to dread going due to the painful cleanup afterwards. All gone. I like the features and have no complaints. If you are on the fence about your purchase you will not be disappointed.
