I broke a part during the install that is not available in stores. I contacted Horow customer service and they very quickly got me the replacement part.

Really nice toilet

Works well

After some initial issues with the power of the flush, customer service was very quick and responsive and was able to fix our issue. Toilet works well now, really love the bidet features, looks very sleek and modern. For the price it was a really good buy. Heated seats and auto flush are also really nice.

Works like a charm

Easy to install. I'll never use another toilet. After putting one in my primary bathroom I had to put one in guest suite and now we get nothing but complements. Love the heated seat.

Great toilet and customer service

We love the low profile and style of this toilet. The kick flush and automatic flush when you stand up is great. Heated seat, heated water, and multiple positions for the bidet sprayer. The manufacturer is great as well, the electronic bidet door stopped auto closing outside of our warranty and they were kind enough to send us replacement parts. You can't beat this toilet at the price it's sold for.

I love my bidet!

I've had this toilet for a little over a year now and I love it. Recently, my bidet door hinge broke, and I'm just out of warranty, but the customer service has sent me another door to replace at no charge. Really great customer service and really great toilet. Everyone always wants to use it when they come over LOL

Love the toilet! It looks great and has a ton of nice features like the bottom flush sensor.

Upon receipt realized didn’t have heated water, dryer, led, deodorizer.. returned.

Very easy and convenient to operate and use. A lot of useful features. Unless you're a seasoned DIY, better get this installed by a professional. I would recommend this even to elders.

low profile

Love how low profile this toilet is. I was worried it would look too bulky and stick out too much, but it ended up being perfect. It is still larger than a normal toilet but doesn't have that large upper back slant like some other bidet toilets do. I love that the light is minimal to just the side knob and the whole thing doesn't light up, the auto flush and foot flush are the best, and lastly love the heated seat that is always on. Only con is it's loud and was $900 to have my plumber install.

GREAT value, fantastic features, excellent service

This toilet is one of our favorite features of our home remodel. The (instant hot water!) bidet functions are great and easy to use with the remote and there's no going back once you've used the seat warmer. We've already had a couple friends buy their own after using ours! Our lid got a little scratched up from some careless construction workers and when I reached out about replacing the lid, the company was kind enough to send a replacement for free.

Modern, sleek, fantastic customer service

Toilet has every modern function available and is aesthetically pleasing. The tankless system the toilet employs is fantastic, great flush pressure, no need to worry about leaks or waiting on the tank to fill-up. I initially contacted Horow CS to express a concern about high water pressure and they provided instructions on how to rectify our issue. Customer Service is excellent, they absolutely care. Price is half of the more expensive brands that are no different in quality and material.

We've had this installed for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier with our choice.

Installed it a week or so ago. The look is sleek, it's pressure sensor detects when to flush (as well as there's a infrared at the bottom which allows you to manually trigger a flush) and the bidet and seat warmer as good and as expected. The bidet stays hidden when not in use, which is great for hygene.

Firstly, it's quite easy to install . The seat automatically heats up, providing warmth upon sitting. Additionally, My personal favorite feature is the flushing system. After each use, it provides thorough cleansing with adjustable water pressure and nozzle positions, catering to different preferences. It's even suitable for pregnant women, adding to its convenience. In summary, the HOROW smart toilet offers great value for money

Amazing

I am so happy with this tankless system. The heated seat is amazing and the bidet with the remote has so many settings to adjust to the perfect one. I love the spray before and the auto flush. I am now spoiled! Wish I had one in every bathroom!!
