Great toilet seat riser

My 92 year old Dad really likes the toilet seat riser. The side handles help him so much to stand up. The higher toilet seat makes it easier for him to get up also.

my 96 year old mother thinks this is a blessing from heaven, the extra 3 and one half inch raise that this device has is just what she needed along with the handle bars on each side, she has bad knees and has trouble getting up, she can't stop talking about what a big help your device has been for her. thank you and god bless.

Riser with Arms toilet seat

I am very happy with the seat. Anything I can do to help make my Dads life easier is a plus! The seat is easy to instal and has helped Dad with stability and support. I highly recommend it. It was money well worth spent.

Perfect For Physically Challenged People!

The riser is a bit too short for my toilet, but I don't have a problem with that. I have certain physical issues which make it difficult for me to get up off the toilet, and those extra inches make it MUCH easier! It's very sturdy, fastens securely to my toilet with my original toilet seat and lid, and those side handles are a great help. Thanks, Vive!!

Just What I Needed and Arrived Right On Time!

This toilet seat riser was just want I needed for my 90 YO Dad's visit to my home. It was easy to install, and it's been easy to clean. I really liked that I could use my existing toilet seat with it as that assured me that the seat would be comfortable. My Dad said it is working very well for him. Glad I found this product and would recommend to anyone needing to temporarily raise toilet seating for elderly and/or injured persons. I bought directly from Vive.

…is this seat (and the company that got it to me). Our Koehler elongated toilets with soft close lid were new in 2018. We had to purchase a new $10 seat to line up the holes and be able to have a seat and lid on top of the riser. A small glitch as I just had to use the toilet without a seat and a lid for 2 days until husband got new seat. It’s best to take the seat with you to the store to compare size since there are multiple variables out there.

Good Product

My husband is disabled and would sometimes fall getting on or off the toilet as he doesn't have much strength in his legs. This seat has made all the difference. Just make sure you have the bolt through seat to go with it. My son and I found one at Home Depot.

A Great Choice

We bought this toilet seat riser for my elderly mom because her current one was poorly designed & too high for her. It had a channel in the front (surely don't know why) that caused urine to accumulate & eventually smell....even after thorough frequent cleaning, bleaching, vinegar etc

I used to hold on to the towel bar with one hand and press down on the toilet seat with the other. Not such a good idea. The towel bar is barely screwed into the wall and the toilet seat is too low to do much good........

Nice Toilet Riser but with one problem

The riser was sturdy, easy to assemble and install, and a good help in getting onto and up from the toilet. My problem with it was afterward when I tried to disassemble it for storage and found the brass pin in that holds the Right Arm in Place had corroded and would not release the arm. I contacted Support and was told replacement arms are not available. So I either have to store it taking up half a shelf or buy another one if the brass pin is damaged in disassembling it. I just think it should be available.
