bad directions and poor quality

The directions had an inaccurate inventory of parts as well as missing directions; an add-on (and completely separate!) instruction sheet identified those missing parts and partially what to do with them but not where in the assembly process they were to go, resulting in multiple redos of work. The actual instructions were vague and did not identify nor differentiate similar but disparate parts. The included wall brackets are bottom tier garbage that would not set (dry wall plugs wouldn’t bloom
