not symmetrical SMH
This rug was cut off and returning it was such a HASSLE! I had to call and get a return bag. Then call back to get a return label. Each time it took 30+ min. The call center rep was in a boiler room type call center and I could barely hear anything. CX here is not efficient and product quality has overall dropped.

Definitely takes some getting used to with the pattern not being aligned with edge. It gives you the sense that it was cut wrong!

This rug had a slightly off center pattern that made aligning the rug impossible. We put it under our bed, so it wasn't as distracting, but without most of it hidden, it would have driven us crazy.
