Disappointing Quality

I was very excited to receive these chairs, as I spent many months saving up for new dining room chairs. Once we started putting the chairs together, we quickly noticed very poor quality. Examples: - The chrome easily flakes off, when we were only assembling the chairs (see picture) - The "X" at the bottom of the chair, that holds the 4 legs together is not precise, and there are gaps in all the chairs, where the "X" fits up against each leg (see picture) We spent 2 1/2 hours trying different ways to put the 4 chairs together to see if we were doing something wrong, but each time, we ended up with the same gaps - which is poor quality and design. If you look at the chairs from a distance, they are beautiful. The chairs are not heavy to lift, and the material of the velvet is soft. The seats of the chairs are comfortable. The overall quality of the pieces of the chairs and the flaking chrome has me sad that I selected these chairs. If packing up the chairs and shipping them back wouldn't be so challenging, believe me I would have done it in a heartbeat. I completely overpaid for these chairs ($***). Less

Gorgeous chairs extremely well-made chairs that look even better in person. Could not be happier would highly recommend. Able to use them in different styles of home.

I wish I had to the opportunity to appropriately review these chairs. After spending an inordinate amount of time on the phone with an agent who was helpful in finding 6 of these chairs for me, the order was cancelled 2 days later due to stock issues. These were shipped separately and one pair were already in route so I had to pay the return fee which I thought was rather unfair. I will NEVER purchase not 1 single thing from overstock-they have lost my business and confidence! Poor business model! Buyer BEWARE!!!

I bought these for my dining room, Very sleek and modern. It came as a set of 2 chairs that look better in person. I put them together myself was pretty easy, it would go faster with 2 people. The feel of the cushions are luxurious and the chrome just shines.

Very sleek and stylish chrome chairs. Great quality for the price, they look elegant with our chrome and glass dining table. The seats look like they are cushioned but they are actually a bit hard as other reviewers mentioned,overall though they are not uncomfortable chairs.

Love my chairs!! I get complements from everyone that enter my home. They are stylish an comfortable, also very well made.

I didn't realize I was buying a pair so I was pleasantly surprised. Very sharp looking modern chairs for the price. I use them for extra seating in my family room.
