This arrived on time and is a beautiful rug. It looks great in my dining room.
I ordered this rug and it never came. Then Overstock just cancelled my order. No excuse. No apology. I'll think twice before I order from them again.

The return process is the biggest pita (wrong color was delivered). Two of the 3 agents were great, 1 said it would be best for me to call UPS myself because they would not be able to service other customers if their line is tied up with UPS...dude, you get paid to wait on hold! It doesn't get much better than that! I hesitate to make another purchase ever again.
