Nice headboard!

Very nice headboard at a great price. Got this for my daughters room at college. We did not actually attach it to the bed, so putting it together was very easy, only involved four screws. Pretty and looks great!

Shame on macys. I ordered this item and more than a week later was told it is out of stock. And now you want me to review. Poor customer service to say the least.

I never received this headboard as they cancelled my order on me a week after I ordered it. Very disappointing.

Don’t sell if you don’t have the stock

I never received this item. In fact it was canceled. several weeks after I ordered it. When I called customer service all they could tell me was it was canceled.i am extremely disappointed that it took several weeks to determine if an item is in stock. Stop selling them if you don’t have them stick. By the time it was all said and done it left me with very little time to find a similar headboard for my daughters dorm room.

Great find and a great price! We were putting together a cozy guest room and it’s a perfect central feature to work around.

Bogus service

By mistake, I put in the wrong address for this order. Eight hours later I discovered this mistake meaning that the order will be delivered to an empty house. I called Macy’s and they said it would be a 50 minute wait on the phone. I went on chat with Macy’s and they said they never cancel or change orders unless they hear from you 30 minutes after the order was placed. I went online on my Macy’s account where it gives me the opportunity to contact the seller directly with an option to can telephone the seller and they said cancellations have to come from Macy’s. The seller then said that if they do get cancellations from Macy’s it’s got to be within 24 hours, and it takes 48 hours to process a cancellation.

Delightful Headboard for Guest Room

My headboard is a delightful addition to my bed. Not too overwhelming in size just right for my guest bedroom. Easy to assemble. Good value sturdy. I love the light beige color. I’m happy with my purchase.

This headboard was incomplete without the legs, I had to return

I ordered a queen because my bed is a queen but turn out to be bigger.
