The product that I got initially was used. No packaging, only cling wrap. It also has stains and watermarks. I messaged the seller and sent them photos. Thankfully, they acknowledged it and advised that they will send a replacement. I appreciate the seller’s quick action but I hope they do not release used items moving forward.
This pad isn't bad. But I tried the Purple cushion and so I wish I would spent the extra on that. This is a little on the hard side
Needed extra height
I bought this cushion in March hoping I could get a little more height as my office chair is not adjustable. I got the height I was after but the cushion is so firm and uncomfortable. It feels like I'm sitting on a slab of concrete. I started having lower back pain and I've gone to a chiropractor and to a spinal clinic and the doctor recommended PT for some relief but when I circled back to when I started feeling the discomfort and pain, it was around the time I started using this cushion. I immediately discontinued using it (it's been about 2 weeks) and my back pain has faded. I have not returned it since it has been about 4-5 months that I bought. It might work great for for some but, unfortunately, it sure wasn't a fit for me. I weigh under 125 lbs. which might be a factor...
