Manque une piece
Il manque une piece pour faire l'assemblage. A ce prix la c'est innacceptable.
Good chair. Had two repeat issues fixed
This is a comfortable chair. I've had it for 10 years. The padding is still in good shape, but I've had the same issue twice. The internal parts of the back are made of plastic and twice after about 5 years they snapped making the back no longer sturdy. The first time it was replaced under warranty. This time I couldn't find any documentation. The hydraulics have also worn out over time. The chair will randomly drop sometimes.Great chair for the price. Going to get the tp6400 next.
Comfortable
Very comfortable, all day supportive chair
Best chair ever
This is my second Tempur-Pedic chair, the first one bought a decade ago. I put in long hours in front of the computer and this chair holds up extremely well. There has never been an issue with the mechanism - it's very solid. The lumbar support is excellent and the memory foam stays comfortable. I'm biased but think this is the best chair sold by Staples.

Seat Cushion is not what it used to be!
I bought this same chair December 2011 and now again September 2023 so 12 years of using it some 8 hours per day and it's been AWESOME! Bought a new one and the seat cushion has me sitting on the wooden base within 1 month of use. It's basically like the cushion of the 12 year old chair is now if not worse. I just don't get it. Everything looks exactly the same but definitely disappointed and will be contacting customer service to inquire as to what can be done. Love the chair otherwise but this is just NOT OK at this point.
The seat itself is not as cushiony I weigh 200. Lb and after like 15 minutes my but starts to hurt it’s already put together was hoping to exchange it
Great chair
Have one at work and I bought this one for my wife at home, she thinks it is great, comfy seat
All quality, All adjustments
Everything is quality from steel to fabric. All adjustments are available. The fixed shape of the variable height lumbar support may not be preferred over the flexible support on the otherwise same chair with a web back.
It's a really nice chair but...
It's a really nice chair however the directions are incomplete. For example, the backrest post in my picture has grooves but the one in their image does not. It was hard to determine whether the grooved end should go into the backrest or the mechanism. Also, I am usually able to put things together by myself but I needed to get help on a few things. Even my husband struggled to put in the 2 casters I couldn't manage to put in myself. The chair is super heavy, much more than my last office chair. This chair is really comfortable and looks nice. I like that it's adjustable (but I'm pretty sure that I'm going to forget which lever and knob does what).

Adjustability in height, lumbar support, armrests, and seat depth are key features to look for to ensure comfort and support.
How often should I replace my office chair?
Quality office chairs can last 7-10 years. Replace when wear affects comfort or if the chair no longer supports proper posture.
Can the material of an office chair impact comfort?
Yes, breathable materials like mesh offer comfort for long hours, while leather can provide durability and a classic look.
What are the ergonomic considerations for a home office desk and chair?
The desk height should be approximately 30 inches (76 cm), with enough space under the desk for your legs — at least 24 inches (61 cm) for a desk chair with legs. For a chair with castors, a clearance space of 28 inches (71 cm) from the desk's edge is recommended.
How much space is required for a comfortable desk chair?
A chair with legs needs around 28 inches (71 cm) from the nearest desk edge, while a swivel chair requires more space due to its mobility.
What is the ergonomic height for a desk chair?
The seat of a desk chair should be about 18 inches (46 cm) high, with adjustable armrests for lateral and height movement.
What are the key measurements for ergonomic furniture design?
Work surfaces should be about 36 inches (91 cm) high, with at least 8 inches (20 cm) of legroom under the work surface, and office chairs should provide 28 inches (71 cm) of space for legroom.
What ergonomic principles should I follow when setting up my home?
Furniture should match the user's body type, with work surfaces at a comfortable height (usually 36 inches for kitchen counters) and seating that supports a relaxed posture.
What are some effective ways to clean and maintain my furniture and rugs?
Use sticky lint rollers for picking up small debris, wet wipes for mark removal, and thin stockings over vacuum nozzles to clean hard-to-reach areas like LEGO pieces.
