Awesome ergonomic chair at a reasonable price

So far I've been really happy with this chair. The seat is comfortable, with great support. It has almost all the adjustments you could want. I only docked it a star for not being able to adjust the arm rests enough–they don't tuck in close enough to my body so I have to extend my arms out a little wide to have them rest there.

It's a very solid chair and gives my back really good support. It seems to be of great quality and is easy to adjust. This is coming from ordering various lumbar pillows. I'm happy I found this chair recommended on a chiropractic forum.

Comfortable chair for working all day.

Great value at the rollback price, great features.

8 settings: seat height (pneumatic piston), rock on/off, seat back angle, seat back height, seat fore/aft position, spring tension (for rocking), arm height, and arm width. Never had an office chair with this many adjustments. Levers for adjustments are too low: have to bend over an arm to reach rather than scrunch down to reach. Seat cushion is thick but a bit too firm. Contemplating if I reuse the memory foam seat cushion I had for the seat of my prior office chair which is much harder than this new one. Some user complain they don't like the waterfall angle on the front of these chairs because they're used to the support under their thighs near their knees. The fore/aft seat adjustment will take care of that. I, too, first moved the seat forward, but eventually decided to move it back. The seat back angle adjustment lets me angle the seat more aft, so I don't feel pushed off the seat. The seat back height adjustment lets me get the lumbar support just right for my height. The cloth seems to catch all pet hair (gets woven into the fabric) requiring a tweezers to remove (a sticky roller won't work). Gotta keep the cats off the chair. The seat width is appreciated (infinitely adjustable by using friction with swing levers to affix): can adjust the arm rests to where I want, so skinny and fat users will be happy. Really like this chair, and a great rollback price (was over $200 more elsewhere). Figured this time I'd spend some decent money on a good chair rather than going cheap and getting them used. I feel I got a great value for quality and features versus price. I'll keep using it for several weeks as-is to see if I get used to the firm seat cushion, or reuse my old seat cushion to pad my rear a bit more. I sit in my office chair for many hours. Very happy with this purchase.

This chair is well built of quality materials and is extremely comfortable and supportive to your back. It was well packaged and components were simple to put together. One can adjust it in multiple ways to fit your unique comfort needs.

Nice chair

This is a great chair, has all of the options you would want in a chair. My only complaint is the chair is a little too firm when you sit down. the chair isn't uncomfortable to sit in, but a little harder than I personally like.

Manufacturing Error

Metal base on bottom of chair seat was too large and blocked inserts for arms preventing proper assembly. The picture of the bottom of the chair on the Sam's Club website shows a gap of over an inch between base and arm insert, the actual chair had no gap preventing the plastic stops from being inserted. There was also no room for the locking lever to close fully. I had to return to my local Sam's Club.

Great mid back chair

This is a great chair for persons that need to adjust their chair to best meet work area and position. Easy assembly, good design. The chair is very adaptable to many positions, heights and tilts. I have purchased three so far and employees really love them.
