Certainly could be better!

Since I live out-of-state, I purchased this chair without the opportunity of trying it out. Basically, it's a decent chair. BUT...the seat cushion definitely could be thicker, and there is only one adjustment control (height). In addition, two parts have already fallen off. They are minor parts, and snap right back on. But why are they falling off? On the positive, it looks nice. I do question it's worth, given the price tag.

Not Perfect but Good Value

Comfortable, money well spent. 1 Star loss is spring noise leaning back that I address with Superzilla and the side bolts (threading) is troublesome during assembly, but manageable.

We bought this chair to go with a new desk we also bought at NFM. We've only had it a few weeks but so far it has been comfortable and we are happy with it. We like the head rest and the arms can be lifted up so the chair slides under the desk. The chair is comfortable to sit on and good on the back. That is important to us. It looks good too. The chair is easy to get in and out of which is good for us because we are older. We are happy with it.

It's ok, not the best

It was clear this was a return, as things were haphazardly retaped and there were scratches around the screw holes - not what I expected for $300. I was annoyed by that, but not annoyed enough to return it, as a careful inspection showed no other flaws. Putting it together was a royal pain. It's very heavy and lining up the screw holes was difficult - they're hard to see and required the use of a headlamp. Another set of hands would've been helpful, too. I followed the tip of another reviewer to attach the arms to the back first, then the seat cushion. I think it would've been impossible had I followed the instructions to attach the arms to the seat first, then the back.I sit all day, and it's pretty comfortable, but not what I'd call "ergonomic," as there's very little lumbar support and I still need my lumbar roll (which I was hoping to ditch). Adjusting the height is difficult as well because the lever is in a really awkward place. Plus, it doesn't stay, so the height needs to be constantly readjusted. I REALLY like that the arms not only adjust up and down, but can swing out of the way.If I had to do it over, I wouldn't have bought this chair, but it's better than the aged rickety chair it replaced. Less

it was a bit tricky to get it put together but overall a great comfortable chair. I'm not a petite person, and I fit very well in it.

Comfy and Mobile

This is used in my home office, it is very comfortable and easy to roll around on! The leather is durable and easy to clean. The padded headrest and armrests are a great touch. Chair is designed very well with the adjustable seat height lever.

Il faut monter le fauteuil qui n'est vraiment pas facile à assembler, armez vous de patience ! Une fois le fauteuil monté, il est très confortable, bon support, on est bien assis et roule bien. Si ce n'était du montage fastidieux du fauteuil, il aurait obtenu un cinq étoiles.

Nice chair for the money

Pros-comfortable, nice looking, adjustable arms, rolls easy. Cons-most was easy to put together except the back rest of the chair. It was heavy so hard to hold while screwing in the bolts so I would say at least 2 strong people for that part.

Height Adjustment sinking within 6 months

The chair was somewhat satisfactory when I first got it but wasn't to my personal taste; however, when I decided to return it there was a high cost I wasn't aware of so I kept it. Now 6 months later it no longer holds hydraulic height adjustment and sinks when I sit on it. I'm not a heavy person and need the height to work at my desk. A chair should last longer than this.

Incredibly comfortable Office Chair

A wonderfully comfortable chair. So glad I Picked this one up. Only downside is the difficulty assembling the back to the seat of the chair. Definitely a much more pleasant experience if you have two people. Very reasonably priced and value for the money! Highly recommended!

Comfortable chair, but hard to assemble (here's a helpful tip).

I purchased this online and received it in a box requiring assembly. I had read the review(s) saying assembly is difficult and requires extra hands. There are two of us, so I thought "No, problem." I was wrong. Followed the instructions and first attached the arms to the seat cushion. Then the next step was to balance the back on the chair and (attempt) to line up two screw holes on each side with arms. Darn near impossible to get the screw threads lined up, even with two people. After 20 minutes of failure and frustration, I realized there had to be a better way. HELPFUL TIP: Ignore the order of the instructions and first fasten the arms to the back of the chair. It is far easier to line up the holes on the seat cushion last. Took only 3 minutes after making this change! I've only had the chair for a few days and I am loving it. Very comfortable and although unclear from the description, the arms not only adjust by rotating out of the way, but they also adjust up and down when in the forward position, which is a nice function. The eco leather selling point seems to be a buzz word as the box it arrived in says bonded leather like other chair descriptions. I will see how well it withstands wear from every day use over the next year. Overall, I agree with other reviews that imply it is a great chair, and I hope my tip will help others in their assembly.
