Huge, but sturdy!

This is gigantic. I was imagining a lower profile with more flexibility. We ended up modifying it by removing the black tray and tucking the keyboard back further, this gained us some space and range. It is very sturdy and heavy duty, will probably last forever!

Exactly what we wanted!

We didn't want to have to buy a piece of furniture to hold our new TV, but, the legs on it were too far apart to use on the piece we already had. Saw these legs and they were exactly what we needed. Easy to order, received quickly, and easy to put together!

Pretty good for just north of $100

Pretty good for just north of $100. Stand is pretty solidly built and easy enough to assemble. Some minor quibbles:-The wrist pad is fairly uncomfortable, but easy enough to remove.-There monitor can only be raised/lowered independent of the keyboard platform. I wish the monitor could be lowered more. I also wish I could move the keyboard platform further away from the monitor-The monitor/platform assembly lists slightly counterclockwise; I wish there was a way to adjust/compensate for this.-The plastic organizer could be made of a better material; it's cheap plastic.Otherwise, it doesn't jiggle too much during normal use, and the cable management is A+. I'd say it's pretty good value for money.

What took me so long to get this?

In need of a standing desk to help with some chronic fascia pain in my side that makes it very uncomfortable to sit for very long, I looked everywhere and found this to be the best and the only one of its kind among any sit-stand converter available. Not only is the entire product very sturdy and the hydraulic lift feature very helpful, but the dual monitor mounts are also terrific and have no trouble accommodating my 27-inch and 24-inch displays. The separate shelf in-between the monitor mounts and keyboard shelf is also an excellent place to keep remotes, food and drink, glasses, etc. Also, I was especially pleased that the kit wasn't too heavy to keep mounted on my mostly-glass desk. What made this the best and only option for me, though, was the vertical placement of the keyboard and mouse tray lower than the height of the desk mount when in the sitting position. My desk is a bit higher than normal, and this is one of the few products that offered this necessary design feature for my situation (something one would expect to be more common). Curiously, many other mount kits require the keyboard and mouse to be placed either on the desk itself or higher than it. Why anyone would want to reach up to use the keyboard is a mystery to me.One small disadvantage (if it can be called that) is the horizontal placement of the keyboard tray, which is based on the depth of the entire assembly. When in the sitting or standing position, this kit places the tray a few feet out from the edge of my desk. Thankfully I have enough room in my office to accommodate this, but this may not be true for everyone. If in doubt, watch the video (among the other images) and observe the transition between the sit and stand position, and take note of the positioning of the user and the tray in relation to the desk itself.A minor note that I've also found that the assembly can be somewhat heavy to lift into the standing position, even with the aid of the hydraulics. It isn't difficult for me but I wonder if others may find it more burdensome. As far as installation, the entire setup was quite straightforward and took me 2.5 hours. One recommendation I could give one that wasn't in the manual would be to place the mounting arm onto the back of the desk as soon as this part has been assembled (early in the process): otherwise, the entire assembly will be too large and unwieldy to maneuver into position

Four Stars

Liked it very much unfortunately it is to heavy for my glass desk and had to be returned.

Good system.

Good system...I like it for the price point. Has some \bounce to it as it extends out quite a way. Great starter system which allows me to try the \"stand up\" desk concept and keeps my desk clear. If the \"bounce\" was gone

Well engineered product.

This is a nice and well engineered product, at a reasonable price. Arrived with components very well protected with cardboard. All parts were there and there were step by step instructions with sufficient graphics. Better instructions could have included suggestions on some assembly steps to lessen the need to go back to adjust some parts of the process. Nice small tools were provided, that were used at various points in the assembly for certain parts. This was a great idea, and eliminated the need for a bag full of tools. I wanted to modify assembly of the unit to fit a desk not pictured in their selection of products. Unfortunately customer service is basically the \leave me a message

Yes, but...

Was not sure if my 2 monitors would fit so I asked. Got response that they would. WRONG. The mounting block for each monitor stopped the monitor from using the last half inch or so on each side of the mounting bar slot. That much/little made a difference. I had to remove that much from the slot in the metal crossbar for my monitors to fit. Tough decision between sending it back or modifying it; liking the looks of it and having a Dremel swayed it. NOT happy about having to do that, but it was the only way if I were to keep what looked like an otherwise good product..3 stars primarily because when the customer takes the trouble to ask AND provides a link to the monitors' specs, an accurate and truthful response is expected.I have since rotated the mount blocks so I can get horizontal \tilt\" and it works nicely. Both monitors are canted slightly toward the middle and there is no slop or vertical movement. I think a better design would be to have a slight bow in the crossarm to begin with

Not perfect, but a good deal to be sure.

For the price, this is fantastic. The biggest shortfall I see is that the keyboard tray is NOT independently adjustable from the monitor in terms of depth. You can move the monitor up & down from the keyboard tray, but the depth (i.e. how far in front of your face the monitor is) is not adjustable. I'm thinking of some fairly simple modifications I could make to the tray with a drill and some bolts to extend 4-6\ more inches

Make your work day better

This is the perfect stand up desk. I noticed in my research of other desks that the keyboard sat higher on the regular desktop. With this desk you can lower the keyboard to you all of you desire as it extends out in front of the desk it is connected to. It was very easy to install and the ease of lifting and lowering your desk is amazing. It has made my work day better.

Does not fit 24"+ monitors

I purchased the Mount-It! Sit Stand Desk for my office since I use my computer all day. Keep in mind I have not used this product for a full 24 hours yet, but upon first observation, it will be a beneficial product for my use. There is some assembly required, but I did not feel as though it was too difficult to put together- the instructions are efficient. If you are like me and have 24" screens you may have some difficulties. I had about and inch of overlap with my two monitors, which caused them to veer out on the outside, which would have been a no go for me. However, I was able to make the bar the screens attach to a little longer by drilling out the ends so the monitors slide out further, which reduced the overlap(see picture below). If you have a 27" monitors do NOT purchase this product. Your monitors will overlap and not work properly. Another slight issue that I do not like about the setup is the little bit of shaking when standing and typing. Otherwise it would be perfect. I like that it does not take up my whole desk and it moves around to accompany different standing positions at my desk.

Very Heavy Piece! 30 lbs!

The product is SO VERY heavy! I can't understand why since my monitor and keyboard weight maybe 3-4lbs. I liked the instruction photos to put it together; however, an explanation what to do next would have been helpful. The main thing I didn't like was that the board attached to the keyboard where you can put things like pens phone and a drink doesn't sit on my desk which caused the keyboard try to be higher than I needed. At the end of the day I had a lot of wrist pain. Also that piece can't be adjusted so when I tried to move the monitor that keyboard tray moved with it.

Everyone passing by my office commented on how nice my Mount-It

Everyone passing by my office commented on how nice my Mount-It! Sit Stand Workstation. I would give a 5 stars if not for one missing screw. I still highly recommended this product to someone who likes to be able to stand or sit to work on the computer and still have plenty of desk space if needed.

An Additional Desktop in the Air.

This mount is constructed using quality components. It was easy to assemble and functions as described. I have the Max size 27 in. monitors installed and they use an adapter sourced from Human-Centric due to the fact that my monitors had no VESA mounting options. The adapters do make the monitors sit away from the original vesa mounts thus I do experience some bounce at all levels, but after a week its really not noticed. The keyboard shelf is not wide enough for a full size keyboard and mouse. The keyboard has to be shifted off the left side to allow enough room to have full control of the mouse across two screens. The Keyboard shelf is constructed to tilt up in a parked position when not in use but if you have a wired keyboard and mouse you have to allow enough slack in the lines to move them. The gas assist for raising and lowering works well and handles the weight.Things I would change: Keyboard Shelf Tilt Up /Tilt Down using an incremental ratchet device, this would allow additional options for Use of the keyboard and being able to lock the shelf would assist when raising and lowering the desk/monitors.An add-on mouse platform would be another great feature. Finally Two 27 in. monitors only allowed to tilt forward or backward makes the viewing area super wide. It would be great if the VESA Mounts would articulate in all directions thus allowing the monitors to tilt inward slightly. Over All this is a good piece of equipment and would purchase another if needed.

Works great for sitting to standing desk

Works great for sitting to standing desk. I wish the keyboard tray was closer to the monitor. I am thinking of cutting and welding the mount under the upper tray so that the keyboard tray will be closer.

This stand works as advertised. We have purchased two for our employees. Was not too difficult to assemble. works well either sitting or standing. One has a 32\ TV mounted to it. The only trouble we had was the VESA mount was not the right size for the TV and needed an adapter
