Office Depot/Max not recommended

Brought this Realspace desk riser home. The USB ports did not work. Called support and they said to return it to the store. Went to the store and they were unable to pull up the item # even though I had purchased it there and had a receipt. I had to finally leave it there and I will do a charge back on my credit card.

I bought this a week ago to replace one that I had given to a co-worker, and I love it! I am 5'7 and this works perfect for me.

Confusion in the order process

I tried to purchase this item locally and they were out of stock in Columbia, TN. The manager denied letting me purchase the one on display. I ordered the item from the nearest store that had it in stock. I got a email back saying the order was canceled because it was out of stock and I wouldn't be charged. Later, I got a notification from my credit card company saying that they charged me for the item. I tried to call the store but they closed for the day. This can get frustrating if this is their normal. Whatever happened to customer service?

I am very pleased with my purchase of this product. It has helped to relieve my back issues tremendously. The product itself came packaged securely & the quality of the product is great. The instructions were easy to read & the assembly process was easy.

Very sturdy. I have 2 monitors on mine so it can be a bit heavy to lift, but holds up well.

Easy assembly

Real space standing desk was very easy to assemble and put to work. I like the stability of it when using laptop. I remove the keyboard shelf if only using laptop.

Exactly what I was looking for

Needed a standing desk converter and this does exactly what was needed. It seems to be well made and was fairly easy to put together in spite of the instructions not being the as clear as I would have liked.

Amazing item

I bought this a month ago , I was skeptical since it is not vari desk brand, I have used vari desk brand at work for 2 years. This is definitely more affordable and just as good! I love how you have additional features such as USB capabilities. Very easy to use. I love it!

Excellent way to improve my day!

I started using this desk riser last week, and I've seen an immediate improvement in my productivity and physical comfort. We all know that sitting for long periods of time is detrimental to our health, and this has been the perfect addition to my daytime routine to combat those negative effects.

Just what I needed!

I've had this desk for two weeks and it has been great. I'm be able to stand up to do my work which helps my back and shoulders. The assembly was easy.

good value

Purchased for one of the employees in the office. She liked the concept and how well it was working out. Soon, others in the office were talking about it and and a couple of others wanted one as well. When you are in the office for 9 hours a day, they all seemed to like the flexibly of sitting or standing.

i bought three of these for my employees and they love the fact that the can stand. The risers work as described. It supports two monitors easily and the hydraulics work great! They were a little stiff at first, but have broken in nicely.
