Pretty comfortable chair to use for a day of office work or gaming. Bought a second one for the office. Needed a straighter back than most chairs offer, and the adjustment on this Arozzi allows you either lay flat or straight up or even a slight lean forward.

Excellent and comfortbale chair

Easy to put together solo. Very soft fabric and comfortable chair. Lots of adjustment options. Only thing I would have liked extra is the ability to adjust the seat. The lumbar cushion is a little big so I do not use it. Overall very happy with purchase.

The Arrozi Vernazza chair is a very comfortable and well built chair. It arrived at my doorstep safely and seemed to be packaged well to protect the chair and fabric during shipping. When I popped the box open, I found it did require a small amount of assembly, as I expected. The assembly process was quick and easy and the included instructions were simple and straightforward. Plan on having a helper as this chair is well constructed and is a little heavy to lug around by ones self. Once constructed, the chair has a very nice look and feel. The lumbar support is nice, as well as the head and neck support. The amount of adjustability you can with this chair is impressive. It will recline flat back which was both surprising and impressive. I've been using the chair for 3-4 hours per day for the last week now and I can say I am very happy with it. After spending a good amount of time sitting in it, I don't feel sore once I stand up. That is enough to tell me that it is a supportive chair for me and my body type. For reference, I am 6ft tall and 205lb. If you're in the market for a great chair, I would not hesitate to purchase this unit! As a bonus, It came with a nice hat and mouse pad as well!

When I opened the box the first time, it smelled like a brand new car interior, not a desk chair. When I removed the chair, I noticed that the build quality is superb, and it feels like new car interior. Heavy and sturdy, but nice and soft with great contours. I have a home office, my kids have gaming/office chairs in their rooms as well, and I could tell right away that the Vernazza was going to be a hit. It just feels more premium than other of the other chairs we have in the house.

The Arozzi - Vernazza is a solid chair for those long hours of sitting. I work from home and sit in a chair for 8+ hours a day and this chair has all the nice features and support to help maintain a good posture. The soft fabric has a nice feel to it. Arrived with that new car smell. Although it may not be as stain resistant as a leather or PU material, I am thinking it will have greater longevity then the PU material. Adjustable back and neck support to accommodate different heights. The seating area and back has nice soft cushioning. Underneath and behind the cushions you see a flexible webbing, that gives the chair extra support and comfort. As for adjustability, the arm rest move up and down to accommodate different heights as well as ability to rotate in and out and slide forward and back to get the optimal position for the user. You have your standard up and down lever. A turn dial to adjust the rockability. A nice feature along with the rockability is a lever lock and unlock this ability. Its nice not having to dial it each time you want to have the rocking ability or not. The base is solid steel and is positioned well for balance. I was a little concerned with ability to be able to lean your chair back to almost flat that the chair would tip over, but surprisingly it kept me up. The only cons I see with this chair is some of the plastic parts used seem a bit cheap. The cover for the cylinder came cracked and when installing on the chair, other parts of this cover cracked. It's cheap to replace, however kind of a bummer. There are also plastic covers on the side oft chair to cover up the metal connectors, kind of cheapens the overall look, I just hope they stay put and don't crack. Oh, and not to forget about the added swag that comes with the chair. Comes with a cool looking hat and a gaming mouse pad. Overall, great chair and would recommend for those who need comfort for long periods of time.

I’ve enjoyed this new chair for about a week now, using it for the office & gaming/lounging. My conclusion is, it’s best for gaming & relaxing, but not for the office. It’s quite comfortable when I’m in a relaxed situation where I can tilt back & utilize the high backrest and its comfy lumbar & neck cushions. However, when I’m sitting completely upright at a desk so that I can type & use my mouse for long periods of time, it’s not that comfortable.

The chair components were packaged very securely. Nothing inside arrived damaged. After opening the package and paying attention to the box warnings. Making sure not to cut the box and mistakenly cut into the chair. I pulled everything out piece by piece. The chair comes with simple easily understandable instructions. My first impression as soon as it arrives in a package is oh boy its heavy each and every part of this chair is solidly made with premium materials and most of it is pure metal, because of this chair weighs around 50Lbs but dont worry thats a good thing because it wont slide while you are working or gaming for hours it is very sturdy

Great Chair

Great chair for long sessions of work and gaming. He fabric is great giving it a nice touch and unlike leather it doesn't start to peel overtime. Had a DX Racer and this I a great upgrade, It feels more spacious and the cushion is far superior sitting on this chair the old DX Racer just feels too compact. Its easy to assemble and an all round great chair. Definitely recommend if your looking for a chair to use for the next few years.

Build quality is first rate. Materials and workmanship are much better than the average gaming chair. I use my as an office chair, sitting in it 8-10 hours a day.

Excellent for home office, all day work

I have been sitting in this chair for about 9 hours a day for a couple weeks and I love it. Most gaming chairs have a look that is better suited for a kids room, but not this one. The fabric is high quality and I think it will hold up well over time. The chair is very well made. Heavy duty bolts and parts. It's probably better suited for tall people. I'm 6'3" and about 195lbs and it's perfect. The recline means you can always find the right setting for whatever the situation. The arms are adjustable in many ways and I think they chose the material so that it lasts longer, but I don't think the material matches the quality of the rest of the chair. I have zero regrets. Would buy again.

Very comfortable as a home office chair

I spend long hours in my home office in front of the computer screen. With back to back video calls I don't move around as much as I like, so needed a comfortable chair that I can adjust to fit my tall, thin frame. This chair is meeting my need and expectation. I chose a fabric chair as I find that I sweat too much on leather. Perhaps not a positive; this chair is very warm both base and back - I'm getting used to it and feel that it is helping keep my back straight (my back feels cold when not in contact). I knew that this was a trade-off between comfort and cool (I could have chosen a mesh chair). Assembly was very easy (note that all bolts are already in the chair rather than in a separate bag). I didn't exactly follow the instructions but installed from the wheels up - saved me some hassle when connecting back to base). Overall I'm very happy I spent the extra francs on this chair! My only complaint would be an unpleasant (resin?) smell from the internal foam, but febreze seems to be dealing with that.

Good value

I have had a few new chairs before and actually the value of a chair is really determined after about two years. Other brand chairs had bad lifting struts or started to creak within a few months. This chair seems very high quality and I hoping will hold up over heavy use. I like the over sized casters and high quality metal base. The chair is made nicely wide, so it makes the locking and raising and lowering controls a little hard to reach, they could be made a little longer for better access. overall I'm happy with my purchase. I'm 6ft 240 lbs

When I first got it, it was incredible. It was my first gaming chair and I was really happy. It was comfortable, the reclining was great, all was well. Then came the problems.

Got this chair in 2017, it is now past the 2 year warranty and the chair has begun to fail in different ways. The base of the chair where the Plastic and piston meets will overtime begin to slip thru as the chair is sat on, this causes the piston to become lower than the wheels slightly giving the chair a wobble. The chair tilt lock after some time failed to unlock, upon investigation of the internals major stripping of teeth on the lock was noticed. Now this is after 2 years of wear but it seems a little early for failure. The chair is only comfortable with the pillows, without them its flat and empty of padding, the elastic on the headpillow is a bad choice in design as it will quickly stretch out and lose all ability to keep the pillow towards the top of the chair, the lumbar pillow has an adjustable strap which would negate that issue to begin with if also used on the headpillow. the lumbar isnt the most comfortable but Ive been using it without complaint but Im sure there could be some improvement. The armrests are okay, they can be a little uncomfortable and compared to some other designs ive looked at they lack the left right slide adjustment, aswell as the settings are easy to slide out of place with no lock mechanism except up and down. At the price point the chair is not too bad, but spending a bit more to avoid some of these flaws ive noticed for a different model or make may be a better deal. The base should be made of metal, the fact that it isn't makes this chair guaranteed to break over time, after buying a different gaming chair from a different manufacturer all i can recommend is to avoid arozzi chairs unless they redesign these critical flaws.
