Hard as a brick
The chair is great. Easy to assemble. sturdy, looks nice in my office. The only bad thing is it'a like sitting on a brick . The cushion looked so thick and comfortable in the picture, but it's not! when assembling to put the set on the base it weighs a ton (not really just heavy for an elderly person) so I was excited to sit in it. With all that thickness. it was a BIG disappointment! Once again I'm sitting on a pillow!

Due to flaws in manufacturing, the pre drilled holes for the mounting assembly are placed in the wrong places.

Its well constructed and will last many years to come. The new one is at my desk. And the old one is now a rolling lounge chair. EVERY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER...
