Great lumbar support. Easy assemble!

The lumbar support is perfect for me along with the adjustable seat position. I’m petite, fits great and has eased some back aches I was having from a non ergonomic chair. Easy to assemble. Heavier base components than expected, but well made.

The Chair was complete but the factory assembled parts were not secure so had to buy a special tool to complete the assembly.

Good chair, great price.

Comfortable chair, I sit for 10 hr per day. It does all the up/down, tilt, etc. Best price on the market. Small pull in the material of the seat.

Poor quality - could have a very good chair

Hard as a brick

The chair is great. Easy to assemble. sturdy, looks nice in my office. The only bad thing is it'a like sitting on a brick . The cushion looked so thick and comfortable in the picture, but it's not! when assembling to put the set on the base it weighs a ton (not really just heavy for an elderly person) so I was excited to sit in it. With all that thickness. it was a BIG disappointment! Once again I'm sitting on a pillow!

I bought this chair as it resembled the one I was using for many years. However it wasn't even two weeks and the seat cushion is flat. The side of the seat are firm, but the center is like sitting on the wood. How disappointing as I need to sit in this up to 8 hours a day.

More adjustable than most chairs, which is precisely what I was looking for. Great buy. Wish I could roll it to work with me every day.

Due to flaws in manufacturing, the pre drilled holes for the mounting assembly are placed in the wrong places.

Its well constructed and will last many years to come. The new one is at my desk. And the old one is now a rolling lounge chair. EVERY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER...

Almost everything about this chair is wrong. The seat has odd lumps in odd places. The seat is sloped forward at rest so that you fee like you are sliding out of it. The back is set way too far back for comfort. It has many adjustments that simply fail to reach a comfortable position. Worst chair ever - it goes to the curb.

I have had this chair for quite a while now and it has held up nicely. It is still very comfy, still quiet,and still works well. Thank you Overstock. I depend on you for quality in your products.

Easy to assemble. I work at home so being comfortable is important. The chair is very adjustable . Only took one day to get it perfect. The arms do not drop low enough to go under the desk so I have to drop the seat at the end of the work day. Only think I wish I could change.

This is a great office chair, and especially for someone who needs a lot of flexibility and support. I am 5'2, and in most office chairs (actually, just most chairs, period) my feet barely touch the ground. This chair allows me to adjust the tilt and the back so I can touch the ground without angling the seat in a weird way. I sit in this chair at least 6 hours a day. I use a footrest, so it makes working so much more pleasant. I love this chair and would recommend it to anyone, espcially those who have trouble with conventional office chairs.

Ordered wrong chair

I ordered this chair by mistake, wanted the Boss Highback which is made with better material.

Pretty good. Back doesn't tilt back quite as far as I would like, but it's much better than the chair it replaced.

Retired

Fairly easy to assemble. Honest to goodness ergo-fit chair, my back approves. My only peeve was it arrived UPS instead of FedEx. The driver left the package in the alcove of my condo without at least giving me a ring.

Comfy office chair

Purchased this chair for my husband to replace an old uncomfortable office chair and he was not disappointed. Very comfortable and firm, lumbar supporting chair for his long hours behind the desk.

The chair is fine for my use. It was broken upon delivery. I did not return as I needed it immediately. I would recommend as long as it does not chow broke.
