It is a nice chair, but it was a bit tough to put together. I would strongly suggest that when building it, that you DO NOT tighten the arm screws until you have all the seatback screws aligned and started. Then after all the screws are in place, then install the screw caps.

Great chair

We bought many of these for our office it is the most popular chair we have, it is comfortable, works great. Only thing that can be adjusted is that the leaning back can be a bit more giving, meaning it should be a little easier to lean back. But we really like this chair and so far got 9 for our office.

Poor quality throughout. Half the price would be close to real value. Mine came with a 2 inches cut on the back cushion, possibly from delivery.

for a tall person

excelent chair, build more for a tall person, if your shorter than ft. 5.6 your going to feel like a kid in this chair, only problem is on laibleing of screws, there all in one bag confusing.

Good quality, comfortable office chair.

Pretty good quality office chair. Seems like it will be fairly durable and it is comfortable. The only annoyance is the covers for the bolt holes frequently pop out.

Not Genuine Leather

The Sams Club website says “Black Leather” and no where it mentioned PU leather or manufactured leather. I thought I an buying Leather chair. When assembling realized it is not genuine leather. Contacted the number in this item and they confirmed it is no leather.

Design fraud

The chair is OK. But there is a design fraud. The seat is a little bit too tall, even adjusted to the lowest level. But the seatback is not tall enough to support the head.

Terrible Chairs

Our office recently acquired 5 of these chairs and none of them sit properly. Our Maintenance has been in for tightening on several occasions. It is apparent these were assembled properly by our Maintenance Techs, so that is not the issue. Too bad our corporation has a contract for Staples.
