Comfortable Office chair

The chair is comfortable, and easy to put together. Lots of room to sit.Price was good for a Big and Tall chair.

Good chair, bad parts.

The chair is great, but the mechanism is raised for 400 lbs, Even though I am not 400 the first one I purchased broke within 2 years.

Big Boy, Needs a Big Chair!

Being a big boy, this thing is so comfortable. Taller, Wider, Stout. Added 4" HD casters to make it even nicer. Highly Reccomend

Best office chair for home ever!

Super comfortable. Adjustable to right height for short me or taller guest. The massage function is good, almost too intense, but I like it. I have had to fight with more than 1 guest to keep my chair, everyone HAS to know where I got it and how hard/easy to assemble. So easy!

Poor build quality that hides behind the warranty.

Lasted about 6 months before the back panel (Which hides the screws) came off. I contacted customer service and they refused to offer any sort of assistance since the 90 day warranty expired. The screws are literally breaking off one by one since they are not real metal. Buyer beware because once the 90 day return period is up, you will get no help from the seller and be left with a chair rapidly breaking down.

Iffy cylinder.

Not quite near the weight limit being 290 but the cylinder still sinks a bit. Cushion isn’t very forgiving chair seems to lean a bit to the right. But all in all a good chair for this price point. Like how roomy the seating area is and how tall the base raises off the floor.

Awesome buy at a great price.

What I like about this chair is that it's 19 inches setting height and adjust to 23 inches high. Takes stress off of knees when getting up and setting down. Just what I needed!

Attractive High Quality

This is a very good quality desk chair with a high weight capacity. The hexagonal tool that comes with the chair makes assembly easy and requires no tools of your own. My chair box was missing one part that the manufacturer is shipping but with supply chain issues should arrive in 15-25 days. I also like that the seat is padded even though the back is mesh. A major reason for me initially choosing this chair is that the arm rests are a comfortable moulded plastic rather than the padded arms of past chairs that have always had the thin leather/“pleather” layer on top of the padding peel off and look terrible. Based on similar capacity chairs at other places, the price of this chair is very reasonable.

READ BEFORE BUYING THIS!

No assembly instructions! Just a page with pictures! Lots of small parts and no idea what they are or how they go together. It also looks like someone else returned this junk. The seat looks like it's been sat on. VERY UPSET! No recourse since it's third party, and the seller name on my order history is NOT the same seller name on the page with pictures of some of the parts. Won't let me pay now for someone to assemble it because that is only available at the time you order it. This is an insane policy especially when the chair and parts don't look like what I ordered. I have recently transitioned from a wheelchair and will have to wait a few days to get someone to put this in the car so I can refund it. Buyer beware! I should have paid more attention to how many 1 star reviews there were. I wanted this chair so I could roll from one room of the house to the other, cleaning, etc, without having to use the wheelchair. Lesson learned! Less

False claims or just defective?

My first impressions were very positive. The chair felt sturdier than others I've used, I was very happy with the purchase. Unfortunately, that positivity did not last.Don't be fooled by the claim this chair will support 400lbs. I weigh about half that much and after 3 months the center cylinder slowly lowers whenever I sit in the chair now. It's very slow, I hardly notice it, until I realize my desk surface is suddenly higher.It appears that chair is designed to last just long enough to surpass the warranty time limit. buyer beware.
