Update - August 2024 - never got a call back from Wayfair, nor the supplier about the arms. I was willing to purchase new arms but no show from you!

So far, so good. VERY easy to assemble (took about 15 minutes). Im 52 and this chair is perfect! I love that you can adjust the arms up down, the back adjusts up down so the lumbar support hits in the right spot. This chair adjusts high enough that Im level with me desk now, which was not possible with previous chairs Ive tried. I thought the seat was kind of hard when I first sat in it but the longer I sat in it, the better it felt. It doesnt bother me to sit in it all day while Im working. If anything changes, Ill update my review but so far, Im happy with this chair.

Really surprised this gets such good reviews. I used mine for 4 months and decided to buy a different chair. The back rest is awkward and you raise it and tighten with a flimsy tension knob which can't hold it up, so the chair back slowly sinks throughout the day meaning I lose back support. The chair cushion is too hard for me and it doesn't feel soft, it feels like sitting on a hard surface after a while. I alternate sitting and standing throughout the 8 hour workday but still this chair is giving me pain.

Ive been using this chair for over a year and I am very happy with it.

The chair was relatively simple to put together. It is fairly comfortable. However, I have found that the back will not stay in position- we are supposed to insert the back into the slot in the seat and then turn the knob below it until it tightens. My knob does not tighten, thus the back does not stay in place. This has rendered my purchase of the chair a big disappointment. I had hoped for better quality. :(

1 year later and it's broken. There is a knob to adjust the height of the chair which to be honest has been giving problems for awhile. It never kept the height of the chair at the desired setting but rather would slowly fall back down requiring you to readjust again and again. Well know the knob doesn't even turn anymore either because some component inside has worn out or other issue. I bought this chair specifically because my main concern was comfort for my low back. Now that the back can't be adjusted, this is pretty much garbage. And my back pain has returned.

Update: the chair is less than 2 months old and the locking mechanism for the back tilt broke. This chair is a piece of junk, and Wayfair is doing nothing about it. Do yourself a favor and buy something else, somewhere else. This is the clunkiest, noisiest chair that I have ever owned. I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Every time I move the seat base creaks. Every time I sit the back makes a clunking sound where it attaches to the base. When I lean back, the back creaks. I have the tilt lock in place, but the back still has about 3 inches of travel

I thought this chair was great when I first got it. It was very easy to assemble, took about 20 minutes. The seat is very cushioned and the back support is good too. There are a lot of adjustments you can make so it works best for your body/office setup. However, I've had for about a year and a half and the chair will NOT stay up at the height I want it at; it drops randomly and is embarrassing when on calls ha. If you need a temporary chair this is probably fine, but apparently has about a 2 year life maybe.

I've had this chair for over a year now. It's much more comfortable than my previous chair and I get a lot less back pain so overall I can't complain.

I purchased this chair 7 months ago, and after very steady use I must say that I am very disappointed in this chair. Upon initial assembly and use, I was quite happy with it. After a couple of weeks, my opinion started to change.

This chair's design is fundamentally flawed. The bottom cushion does not extend far back enough. This means that if you try to sit in the chair with your entire back agaist the back of the chair, your bottom will be hanging off the edge of the cushion. Feels like your sitting on a cushion with with a huge lump in it. You can adjust the back rest forward, which solves the problem but creates another. You will be sitting too far forward on the bottom cushion and feel like you are going to fall forward off the chair. It's a shame because the chair is nice otherwise. But it's unusable far me. I am an average size man, with average proportions. This chair may fit people around 5'6 or so, people who can set the back rest all the way forward and not have their legs hanging off the front too far. But buy at your own risk. I absolutely hate the chair and regret buying it. I will have to buy another cvhair. This time I'll be going to the store to actually sit in them before buying.

After 2 months, I can say with confidence this is the worst office chair I have experienced. The seatback isn't secure and slides down consistently. Several times an hour I need to readjust the seat back height. If I don't adjust the seatback height my shoulder blades dig into the top of the seatback that is made of plastic (I'm 6'0"). The chair also doesn't feel very sturdy overall. There have been a couple of times where leaning back the chair has lowered itself. It's also very loud with any movement. Lots of creaking and popping noises. paying just over $200 I wasn't expecting the best chair but this chair is still a huge letdown. The only positive thing is that the assembly was very easy. The ergonomic adjustments are ok at best. I do NOT recommend this chair. Look elsewhere.

Absolutely love this chair. Especially because it was available in my favorite color. Chair assembly is straight forward and is quick and easy to put together. This chair is really comfortable and extremely functional. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the packaging. The chair and parts appeared to be haphazardly placed in the box, almost like it had been repackaged. After unboxing the chair there were more signs this chair was either put together for display, or was a returned item (unused). The three part sleeve that covers the base extension was slightly damaged. Almost like it was accidentally sliced with a box cutter. And a couple of the bolt holes showed signs of wear. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS CHAIR! I just attribute my perceived issues with packaging (maybe it was a return) due to my color selection (orange). Probably not the most popular color. And YES, I also purchased the great desk from Wayfair.
