Beautiful, better than carpet.

I don't like screws. Some are difficult to screw in because they still have burrs on and in them. It caused cross threads. But with some extra help. The screens were missing the hangar, but after contacting the company, they had them delivered in less than a week. It's worth the price.

The gazebo looks great and is of such quality that we are sure we will enjoy it for many years to come. Assembly was a bit of a challenge as it took longer than expected, but once assembled it was all worth it. If it's not convenient for you, I recommend that you include an assembly quote with your purchase.

The one to get - affordable attractive multi-use gazebo

with the press of a button and 9 hours of my life I have a ready-to-use and quite attractive gazebo. As mentioned above my use for this gazebo is as a carport and it will be great for this application, though it would also be a great covered area for dining, outdoor activities, etc. I considered buying the wood/hardware and making my own but with the prices of materials these days I don't think I'd have saved much money. The convenience of having something pre-packed with instructions, very little thinking involved, shipped to my house was really wonderful. Time is money, and this will save you both.

Exceeded my expectations!

This is absolutely wonderful; the perfect finishing touch to our pool deck. We love to use our outside space and I'm sure this will add to our enjoyment for many years to come. Two experienced carpenters took less than a day to complete and secure the structure. Erommy is a great company to deal with - their customer service has been top notch! I could not be more pleased with this purchase!

PRE-DRILLED NIGHTMARE

The predrilled holes are not very accurate, especially in the roof. It is so bad that the screws are unable to fit, so the roof is still unfinished. I m not sure what I can do to fix this.

Quality Product - Easy Setup

Easy to setup. Just follow instructions sheet. I used a power driver because there are many screws! All parts were well marked and fit correctly. I do wish that there would have been a couple extra fasteners of each different size because some had manufacturing errors, like bolts with no threads or with gobs of metal attached disrupting usefulness. There were probably like 4 fasteners like this out of the hundreds but without extras becomes a small problem. And three years later now I find the side curtains are not very resistant to fading but the screens are holding up well! This gazebo has held up to WI heavy snows and -40 temps very well!

Beautiful gazebo

it's a beautiful gazebo it was tricky to build my husband was a G.C. and we do a lot of large home renovations. It took patience and skill because of the shape of the roof. there was damage to 2 of the main supports are dented and it says to contact the seller which we did. They responded to my email asked for pictures which were sent quickly. No response...

I recently wrote a review, saying that I love my gazebo however, it does not have the gutter system as it said in the description. When I contacted the company I was told this was not gazebo I ordered. After sending them a screenshot of my order proving that this is the gazebo I ordered however, I got a different one. I was finally told that even if I had received this particular one, there is no gutter system. The person writing the description made a mistake. They have since corrected that mistake. However, they told me they could credit me $100 or I could take this one apart and send it back to them. I found that they do make systems for gazebos. I can purchase one for $350, but the best they could do is give me a refund of $100. So I can stand in my kitchen when it’s raining and watch the water run off the side of the gazebo.

My family and I assembled this gazebo over the weekend, three days. It was not difficult, but very time consuming. I ordered this particular gazebo because it says it has a gutter system, preventing the rain from running over the edge and directing it to the corners. Well it rained the day after it was completed and the rain is running over the edges on all four sides. I emailed the company to see if they had any suggestions but I haven’t heard anything from them yet. I wanted to be able to use this year round . That’s the only complaint I have and I hope someone can help me remedy the problem.

My husband put our gazebo together a little over two weeks ago now. It is really a two person job, so with help from myself and our boys it wasn’t difficult. However, this gazebo has leaked twice now, since it’s been up. A slightly rusty colored water has dropped down on to our new cushioned furniture and honestly we can’t figure out what the issue is, as it really only happens when it’s raining heavily. Wouldn’t purchase again, because at this point, we keep a towel over the spot, just in case we get a storm, which, at this price, we shouldn’t have to do.

Arrived earlier than expected..undamaged!? my wife and I put up the main framework and took our time, probably spent 6 hours over a weekend. I then recruited my son to help install the roof panels and remainder of finishing touches which probably took another 6 hours over a couple of days. It wasn’t that hard to assemble but the instructions were horrible; no text only pictures which are sometimes open to interpretation. It might have taken less time if there was text attached or even better an installation video. We bought a small rechargeable light/fan (Teva brand) to hang from the center hook in the ceiling and stung our solar lights above the curtain rails. We do enjoy sitting out there even when the weather has not been cooperative- no leaks so far. We haven’t had any strong winds as of yet so I can’t comment on how it will hold up. We are very happy with it and would have given it 5 stars except for the poor instructions. I would definitely suggest using a drill bit that fits the screw heads in lieu of the Allen wrench provided- we used a #25 star bit, but don’t over tighten

Totally pleased on all fronts. Ordered the 10 x 13 on May 10,2023. It was in my driveway on May 13,223. That's amazing. Great communication. Unit itself is very good. I assembled it myself. I'm 68+. Didn't drill a single hole. Every hole lined up. Added a couple of rollup shades. Should have bought it years ago.

Very well-designed, very sturdy, and I love the curtains and mosquito netting. I installed this gazebo over my hot tub. I would recommend building the basic structure first and then moving to the final position. I built this alone over the course of 3 days- total of about 12 hours. I built the basic structure upside down and then turned it over to finish assembly. 2 people would definitely be easier. Instructions were clear, and none of it was difficult, just time-consuming.

I like the gazebo its very sturdy but the only complaint I have is that the instructions are not very clear for the panel. Otherwise, it's a pretty good gazebo and very big.

Overall the assembly was performed by 2 people taking approx. 6 hours. Don't even try to use the hex wrench supplied, it lasted only for 10 of the 200+ screws used. Had one piece that missed the milling stage and had to be cut and drilled to size. Instructions contain only pictures and no narrative, labels on some of the pictures are incorrect and have caused some confusion. Do not know if this unit will hold up to the winds in Albuquerque, currently have the unit tied down with rope. The anchor bolts supplied are worthless as all threads are stripped while tightening.

We just bought this gazebo on the weekend and it can be done with 2 people for roughly 11 hours from start to finish. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. If you are 2 or more people, it can be done quite easily. There are a lot of parts but they are very well indicated. Each page in the instruction book shows the parts and hardware needed to complete one task. As long as I followed this, it was not at all overwhelming. I must say that the instructions were in picture form only without any written notes to help. Some of the steps took me a little while to figure out just what I was being told to do. Once I did, everything went together well. The only small problem I had was lining up some of the screw holes on the roof panels but I think this is where another pair of hands would have helped. I bolted it to my concrete patio and expect it to be there for a very long time. Would recommend this gazebo.

This is a nice unit, definitely a two-person assembly. It takes some time with all the parts and pieces.

I did a lot of research before this purchase, and like many things you buy online, you never know what you're going to get. Let me tell you, this gazebo exceeded my expectations. I love the color, the size, and the overall appearance. It looks amazing on my deck! I did only give it 4 stars because the very top of the roof cover has a dent in the corner. I'm bummed about that, but overall happy with everything!
