It arrived quickly. The boxes were not damaged. We only had one piece that was damaged inside the boxes (ridge cap). However it was still useable. My husband pounded out the dents and creases. Its not very noticeable now. Wayfair was quick to respond. We were offered a discount for the damage and we accepted it. Instructions are easy to follow and it went together without problems. Overall, we are extremely happy with this purchase. We love it! We would not hesitate to purchase again. Thank you Wayfair!!

Love our gazebo

It is well constructed. Took a little longer than anticipated to put it together and took more people than suggested to put it together. Well worth the time!!

This 12x20 Gazebo is beautiful. It arrives in 7 boxes, with 3 boxes weighing in around 100lbs. The instructions are pictures as stages go together. This instructions say 3 people installation. Maybe, some tasks need 4.

It’s a nice gazebo, but I can’t do much without a roof. I ordered this back in July, it was shipped in August without hardware. The hardware came shortly after. We began assembling it on September long weekend. To our horror the roof was missing. Wayfair sent us the full gazebo again. The instruction manual says that our missing parts are in box 7. We only received 6 boxes and the boxes are marked saying that there are only 6 boxes in total.

The more help you have, the quicker this project will go.

Some of the steps of construction are seemingly out of order and had to back track a few steps. The slide on clips for the roofing panels are a joke. We tried crimping them down even attempted to glue them to the panel to keep them in place but was unsuccessful. Hopefully the panels will stay in place correctly without them clipping into place like they are intended.

Quality of the Gazebo is good. It was shipped and packed well. Arrived with no damage. Directions were decent. Not great but you are able to figure it out. Takes about 8 hours to assemble. Spending a little bit of time organizing the parts will make things go better and will keep you from searching for parts.

Very nice. Packed well. One piece was used, I could tell by scratch marks from screw. i needed to buy a few screws that needed to be a few mms longer. I would recommend to someone

Poor quality

This product is made in China and is very poor quality. Some of the holes were drilled in the wrong spot, therefore having to figure out what I would do to remedy the issue. Contacted the company directly and you cannot purchase replacement parts. They don't back their products and a huge waste of money and time.

The gazebo is great, and Wayfair was fantastic to deal with! There were 4 roof panels that were too long to fit. Wayfair offered me the options to replace the defective parts, or allowed me to modify them and receive a discount. I chose the discount, successfully modified the parts and finished our project on time. The gazebo is very sturdy and we are happy with the finished project. We didn’t feel like the supplied anchors were sufficient, so we used structural screws instead.

It's so nice I should've gotten a larger one!

I took a BIG chance on ordering this gazebo (got tired of replacing the fabric ones) and boy are we happy (even my husband that originally said we didn't need one lol)!! We spend so much more time in our backyard now!! It took us one full day to set it up (make sure that your ground is level). One piece arrived broken and the curtains had a stain but customer service quickly remedied those issues. My one major complaint (aesthetically) is that I want GRAY curtains and mosquito netting so that it would coordinate with our yard (but they only offered beige).

Excellent Gazebo. Much larger than I expected but extremely sturdy and nice looking. Looks awesome in my backyard. Very heavy so no worries about winds moving it. Instructions were not to difficult to follow. 3 people needed to put it together.

very nice, better if measurements were included

First, DONT GO BY BASE MEASUREMENTS ON THIS SITE THEY ARE REALLY WRONG roof line is 12x12, base is 135x135 inches! There were a couple unclear instructions but for the most part putting it up wasn't too bad. Very nice quality product and fit together well

Love this gazebo so much! It is worth every penny guys would recommend others to buy it! Just had small issues installing here and there but nothing major. Would buy it again!

My only issue is it's short in height for me , I just built up higher support areas makes the curtains little short that's my doing. I also modified the leg. Support to suit my needs.

Beautiful gazebo. Directions were not clear. Didn’t have enough 7” screws. 6” screws were to short. Overall I’m very happy with it.

Looks beautiful once completed. Sturdy piece that should hold up to the weather. As others have said, the directions are not the best, and the pictures can sometimes be confusing. I understand how some may find it frustrating. It is suggested to have 3 people but can be done with 2 no problem. It definitely is a full 2 day build. My biggest suggestion is to crimp the roof panel clips a bit. It held them on better, making it easier to slide them into the channels.

It’s beautiful I / we love it I’ve read the reviews prior to purchasing it a lot of reviews spoke about the difficulty of putting it together you have to do exactly what the instructions say so we didn’t encounter that problem too much however it is time consuming and extremely tedious but it’s done and well worth the money and effort by the way it is also very sturdy which was a concern of mine

It took us 2 full days to put it up with 4 adults who have every tool need and then some. Sliding the top panels in was the most difficult as the have a tendency to "pop out" and leave gapping that we realized AFTER the screws were all in place. Very frustrating!!! Some of the holes were not aligned and had to be made larger in order to get the screws through. When all was done, I am happy with the result, even with the few gaps.

The instructions need to be more than just pictures. In opening the boxes several pieces were bent and really had to fix them.

It looks just like in the advertisement, I love it and recommend it. It came in so fast and easy to install too.
