Looks and feels expensive

I bought this for a bathroom update and it has held up great to 3 rough kids in a high traffic bathroom. No scratches or discoloration and it's still mounted snug.

Quality is ok. Does the job it was intended to do.

Product was fine. delivery was nutty. had to go to one store to pick up one item and then go to the other store to get another item.

Good value. The appearance is a little chunky. I would advise seeing it in person

The product is easy to install. All needed fasteners included.

I like the product and have had it installed for almost six months. It has been great and well made with zero fit and finish issues. Installation was easy, and the hardware was standard, including hardware with regular plastic drywall hangers. The only recommendation is if you are replacing a standard home roll holder to ensure you measure the distance for mounting. The standard holders that come with houses are closer together. This one flares out a little and needs to be mounted about 1/2 inch further apart, so I had to use different holes than the one I replaced. The look is excellent and has no loosening or issues in six months of us or issues.

The Delta wall spring loaded toilet paper holder is a very good product. It was easy to install. Once installed, it was secured tightly to the wall and easy to use.

Love it!! I assume everything is here, I’m a silly girl! I wasn’t happy about the way it was delivered!! It is BLACK HEAVY METAL and was in a very lightweight envelope with even lighter weight bubble wrap! IM SURPRISED IT WASNT DAMAGED!!

I think it's a fraud,you're putting a picture like we're the whole package and it's not is just a toilet paper holder I will return it and also I call BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to put a complain about this

Easy install

Spring rod is cheap plastic

I like everything about this toilet paper holder except the fact that the spring rod (which you see a half inch of on either side of the toilet paper roll) is made of gray plastic and doesn't match the satin nickel of the rest of the holder. They don't do this with the towel rods, so why be cheap here? I bought the rest of this Delta line (faucet, towel ring, towel hooks) and it's all great so I'm just disappointed that they didn't care about this detail.
