We got the wrong product

We were shipped the wrong product and let Wal-Mart know, they pushed it off to the shipper and it has been several days and we have yet to hear from anyone on the pick up of the wrong product or the delivery of the correct product.

Missed opportunity

While the table appears to be of decent quality initially, it quickly started getting chipped off and the electronic system failed. The disks easily fly off the table, had to order heavier disks to help compensate and while it helps I would recommend getting a full size table with bigger disks.

For small kids only

The pucks and paddles included are very cheap, and the air flow is not great. This is a pretty expensive table for such low quality. Works fine for small kids that barely hit the puck but nothing competitive is possible as you can't play hard. We are going to try to replace with better pucks and paddles to see if that makes it usable, otherwise wasted money and I need a refund.... although it's so massive no clue how to get it outta here.

Good design with a nice look. There are a few dead spots that were disappointing. Scratches also show up relatively easily on the surface.

Product worked great for 24 hrs....

After looking at quite a few air hockey tables online, my husband and I decided to order this table for our family to enjoy. The table arrived prior to the expected delivery date, which was fantastic! The assembly instructions were not the easiest to follow and it took us two and a half hours to assemble the table. That said, it looked great and appeared to be of good quality. We played with the air hockey table about an hour before calling it an evening. The next day after a few hours of use, the sound function on the electronic scorer stop working. We called the number on the manual for assistance and got a very lengthy recording and opted to contact MD Sports via their website. All in all, the forms took at least 30 minutes to fill out. We are awaiting response from the company. We are counting on MD Sports to rectify the problem with their product. Will keep consumers posted on our experience with Jet and MD Sports.

Awesome well made table!!

I have been researching air hockey tables for quote some time. This table is wonderful! I assembled this table with my two 14 year old boys. it is very durable and well made. It is RARE for holes to match up on pieces or for all hard wear to be accounted for. We have had family tournaments and have had a blast between adults and kids. The kids really like the electronic counter and how it cheers when you score a goal. Yes, it can be a little loud but we get rowdy playing so it does not bother us. If anyone is on the fence purchasing this... DO IT! You will not be disappointed!

EA SPORTS 84"

When I received this air hockey table I just knew I wouldn't be able to put it together myself, But I did it! It was hard for me for a while because of the way the instructions look on the booklet but I did it. when I got done I was so happy and the game itself is so professional looking which makes it even more fun to play. The only disappointment I have is that the score board is not keeping the score so I have to contact the company and hopefully they will replace it. Other than that it's a very fun game and my grand kids love it along with their parents. I feel the price could be a little less, all in all it's a fun and beautiful game to have with family or friends.

Air Hockey is awesome

I love this game. It is sooooo awesome! It is the best way to unwind after a long day of work and school. It is so fun and absolutely brings out our competitive side.
