This desk is cute BUT it is very difficult to put together. The hardware does not fit into the drilled holes , screws are hard to get in. I bought 2 desks and had to return both as they would not go together. Even had a carpenter friend look at it Poor design. I called Melissa and Doug directly. They were no help. Told me to take it back to Target. They did not want to send me replacement pieces or hardware without a big process. Poor customer service on their part.

Everleigh uses her desk all of the time. She is in preschool and next year kindergarten

Perfect!

This table is tiny, however serves its purpose. I bought it for my 15 months old and even my 7 years old likes to sit on it to draw. Love the storage to put all the papers , crayons inside

Sturdy but flawed.

I love the look and size of this desk. It is suitable for my average height 5 year old. It came with everything assembled with the exception of the legs. The desk top, where the desk opens for storage, does not completely close. There is an open gap where it should be closed. The screws for the legs did not go into place easily and are not completely level.

Terrible Quality Control

I was impressed with this item when unboxing it, but the lack of quality control on the parts needed to assemble it was awful. The barrel nuts needed to assemble the chair simply did not fit into the holes drilled for them. The screws did not line up with their holes either. The directions were simple and clear, which made the fact that the parts didn't fit together all the more frustrating.

Lovely Desk Set

This desk set is the CUTEST THING ! Wood seems nice, sturdy I do have a small chip on the seat I had to try to fix so my Grandson doesn’t end up with a splinter, thus my score of three stars.

we bought 2 of these desks for my toddlers for christmas. first one was broke out of the box and couldn’t even be put together. second one came with the paint chipped and still didn’t go together easily. not even bothering to get the broke one replaced, it’s not worth the gamble.

Upon trying to put the desks together, the wood did not match up and there were splits in the wood. You would think paying over 500.00 for three chairs would be better quality.
