Love the design of the desk, but the wood is cardboard painted red (to resemble cherry wood). these 2 pieces cannot be used because there are big holes dug and scratches in the front. Don't know what I'll do with this desk.

Defective parts

Although I really like the style of this desk, Ican't recommend this product if the manufacturers don't have any quality control. One of the wood pieces did not align with the 3 holes on the metal bracket piece and wooden leg and then the back piece wouldn't stay connected to the metal leg so I need to pack it up and take it to the store for a return, wait for another one and hope it doesn't have the same defect.

No response after bringing up an issue with the quality of table, so far radio silence. That said, had to put it together and keep it because we are elderly and our children were home to help but could not request replacement and then arrange for our children to return in a few week when replacement would likely arrive.

Would really give it a 4.5-star review. The pull-out shelf was difficult to get the connecting screw holes to line up. Could only put in two so hopefully it holds the keyboard and printer paper without falling.

Unable to Assemble

We purchased two of these desks. One of them was able to be assembled, and looks nice and sturdy. The second desk, however, was impossible to assemble, as the drill holes in one of the wooden legs were unaligned with the holes of the back piece by ~1cm.

Do NOT purchase this product!

As a satisfied owner of other BellO products, I'm very disappointed in the shoddy workmanship of this desk. The holes in the metal frame do not line up with screw supports in the wooden braces. There is no way to make the pieces connect properly. Then, to make matters worse, following directions exactly, the welding holding the keyboard tray to the frame broke during assembly making the keyboard tray unusable. BellO warranty was useless, Hayneedle issued a 25% discount but in the end, the table found its way to the recycle bin.

Love the new desk

This is a contemporary design office desk. Well packaged so the delivery person didn't damage it, despite it being glass. Assembly was difficult because the screws and parts were all painted so it was hard to get the screws started. Took about an hour to set up. Looks great. Very happy!

Good buy for the money and not hard to assemble.

I was leery of getting this desk delivered since it has a glass top and all of my recent deliveries have been delivered broken and busted open. However, even with the glass top and keyboard tray, this package arrived in tact. I assembled it in about an hour. Very easy to assemble, with the exception of the bolts and table legs have been spray painted black which obstructs the threads. So, there is some patience needed. But, overall the desk was as described and looks very sleek.

Putting the tray holder onto the frame tray was difficult to put together even with two people. The screws were short, and I had trouble seeing the holes for them. Once the desk was assembled, I have enjoyed using it for work.

The desk is beautiful and fits my needs. My husband put it together - he said the instructions were good but some of the parts didn't fit together as easily as they should and it took some extra effort and a second pair of hands to finish the assembly. Once we got it put together, the desk feels solid and steady. The keyboard tray is solid and doesn't wobble when I have it in the pulled out position. One of the wooden legs had some damage during shipping, but not worth the hassle of taking the desk back to the store.

It is perfect for my small home office space and a good value for the price. This desk requires assembly and it takes two people to do it. Once put together it is quite attractive and sturdy. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great home office desk especially if you have space constraints. It's very sturdy and all the parts went together smoothly and without having to bend anything into place. The desk also looks great too. The glass is tinted which makes it blend in real nice with the black steel frame and the wood legs.

Super Easy Assembling

Sleek design. Very nice and one of the easiest piece of furniture I had ever assembled. A couple of holes are missing though but that’s manufacturer fault. This would have easily been a 5 start.

This desk is amazing and easy to assemble. My daughter purchased this item. I am hoping that it becomes available soon - so that I may purchase one.
