Deceiving

The shelf in the pictures is not the shelf you get. Check the dimensions. The shelf is barely 5 feet high and a ruler length wide. It is a miniature version of the one in the picture.

Made it to cheap

Screws %26 nuts are too cheap %26 to loose, I would have brought another one cause this one is to small %26 for the price is expensive .

Over priced for the quality

Pictures make it look bigger, and like It would be a great shelf for books or movies etc. However it is so small that you only get 5 out of 9 shelves as there is not enough space to put them all unless you are displaying 2" figurines so I ended up with a few useless shelves and still a space with about 4" I have no Idea what I will put there. Secondly instructions... Bahaha what instructions! Unless you do picture books no words or proper layout then You will have to figure it out on your own. Secondly after getting it together you are supposed to nail the back boards in which ended up breaking the rest of it where the connectors are. So Unless you want to waste money or build something different with it spending more money for more parts DO NOT BUY THIS.

Assembly problems

It arrived missing part of one of the cam screws. When I tried to get a replacement through Wal-Mart to resolve this problem I got a call from someone I had a difficult time understanding him. From his accent I think it was from India. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me what I needed. These cam screws had a tendency to not hold together so I got some wood glue and used it hold it together. Once I added on the back sections it helped to stabilize it. Because of the shelf spacing it limited the available space to about 102 dvds. some of those (7) had to go into spaces horizontally it the shorter sections between the larger shelf spaces. It is not very stable, but the location where I put it makes it not an important factor for me. The dimensions listed are accurate. Instead of one solid piece for each side it has 3 sections per side (the reason for the cam screws). Considering the price it is sufficient for my needs. It did come with a strap system to secure it to a wall but it was not very practical.

DISSATISFIED

The picture makes it look big and tall, it is NOT!!! About the only thing you can really get on there are some small candles, little what nots. Very disappointed and would like my money back, please do not buy this if you think it is big enough to hold a pocketbook, because it’s not. It’s very thin as well….

It sucked

I’ve put together a lot of shelving units over the years and this one was one of the worst pieces of furniture I’ve ever assembled. No matter how tightly I tightened the cam lock, it keeping popping apart. Whenever I tried to move the unit while working on it, items kept separating. Nails were weak and kept bending.

Put something underneath to even out the forces when nailing the back panels on. Instructions ignore physics. Also part I'd stickers on visible side of parts with Messy removal goo visible on item.

Nobody who made this product cares about it

Everything about this product is sloppy. The manual that's missing steps (if you've never assembled furniture before, it may be unclear what to do with the dowels). The nails that bend in a thousand directions before they pierce the hard backing or the wood. The part identifying stickers that are placed on visible finished surfaces instead of hidden unfinished surfaces. Peeling them off takes time and leaves a mess. The construction that wobbles after assembly. It's garbage.

Fits so many movies!

I have a collection of over 500 dvds/blu rays and one of these shelves fit just under half my collection! (Granted, a lot of them were franchise collections to save space) And due to it not being very large, it saves a lot of space in my rental apartment and is easy to find spots for!

too narrow

pretty, but l didn't look at the dimensions right. l was way off.

Nice for DVD and Blueray storage organization.

A bit tricky to assemble properly the directions are not very clear.
