My couch was delivered on time but it was missing one pieceI contacted FredCo and they immediately sent a new sectional to replace the one that I receivedThat’s what I call serviceI love the couch it’s comfortable, beautiful and the wearability is fabulousthese options are very important in my home as I have four very active dogsI would definitely buy this couch again and from FredCoVery pleased and happy customer

Nice quality couch
Easy to put together and comes in multiple boxes so it isn’t as hard to get through doorways. Seems like nice quality and was a good price for the size. Delivered quickly.
I will never buy again
You can’t put the couch pieces together as the brackets are flipped and broken and there is no one to contact for any help
Comfortable and exactly what we wanted! Plugs in on both sides which allows accessibility to outlets. Large recliners that can fit 2 people. Only gave it a 4 because I still have receive the middle console for it and I have had the couch for 2 weeks!

Very good sofa. Fabric holds up nicely and the USB ports are a very good feature. Would recommend this sofa to others who want something durable and long lasting.

Tried to cancel the order with overstock and after I called them it shipped next day. Complained 3 different times in the search I selected Leather only and this is not real leather very dissatisfied with the listing and lack of communication from overstock. Sectional is nice but not what we was wanting
