Very high quailty L shaped desk

The assembly wasn’t bad if you followed it step by step. Was disappointed that there is a dent on the top surface of the desk which is pretty deep.

It’s pretty but functionally iffy

Beautiful set up, but kind of cheaply made. Came with chips in the word already, and not all the pieces perfectly aligned so the drawers and keyboard set ups that are supposed to slide out are pretty rough and you kind of have to jam them back-and-forth to get them to come out. Not as smart as they should be. Not crazy that there was so much damage for a brand new product, but what it works.

Disappointed with this purchase

This desk was extremely hard to put together and it doesn’t actually fit together. The holes are misaligned and if I put a keyboard on the tray, it falls straight through. It will do as a temporary measure, but there’s no way I can move it without it falling apart.

Good looking but not well designed build

The desk is nice but the pieces weren’t all drilled properly for installation. It works for my purposes but there was definitely frustration during building when not all holes were present or in the proper locations and made us seriously question our ability to read directions. But…it wasn’t us and was in fact the product. For the price, I would have expected a little better.

Nice & affordable desk, perfect for my home office. I just wish it was easier to put together (coming from someone that doesn't put things together often). The holes to create the drawers didn't line up correctly, so my drawers are uneven. The instructions could be better. The instructions are just pictures & I found myself staring at them trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. Adding words to the instruction would be very helpful.

Took some time to put together but the directions were pretty clear. You need two people when you put the top on. I like the look and there’s plenty of desktop to have multiple monitors. Pretty descent storage space too.

Nice desk for the price

Desk is well built and very good design. I like it that it has the extra storage. The slide door doesnt work well and there was some misalignment on the drawer, but overall I really like and would recommend this desk. I just couldnt find another desk that has such a nice functionality as this one.

Hello, manufacturing engineer here. Only relevant as I create process sheets as part of my job to help people build products. It took me approx 4 hours to assemble by myself following the directions included. There were some pictures that did not show the lettered part and also did not clarify the direction the drawer cover would be toward (the inside portion sticks out more which is important to know). I big problem I had was the dowels and anchor studs that you tighten with a screw driver were instructed to be installed on the end they are anchored to, this caused lots of problems when lining the boards up with the insertion points. The filing drawer was slightly out of size and two pieces of the assembly only had marks for where the screws were to be screwed into rather than 90% of the build having pre drilled holes. I read some other reviews before purchasing and NO you do not need glue to assemble this and YES it is rigid enough to hold together with proper assembly. The keyboard tray is wobbly, but honestly there has not been a single time I have seen a keyboard tray that is not a little loose, unless you engineer it better and increase the price or void out the tray all together. The sliding door should also have a metal strip inside of the track, the wood scraping sound is a little off putting. Overall I'm very satisfied with the desk, I do not have files to store in the larger drawer so I cannot speak on that front. There are a few minor problems and more a communication problem with the instructions. CLARIFY and double check the pictures, one showed the screw in different locations which can be confusing.

I love my new desk. The biggest challenge I had with assembly is that the directions could have been more specific. It took my husband and I a few hours to assemble but nothing as crazy as some of the other reviews.

It's a beautiful and spacious desk! I love the color! I put it together without assistance so it took 3 hours but I can imagine it would take less time without assistance. The screws weren't marked well but I managed. It is a great value for the money. Definitely set it up near where you are going to put it because it is heavy and requires two people to move otherwise you will damage it... which I did but I called the manufacturer and they are sending me a new panel. Overall, love love it!

The pre-drilled holes for slides on filing drawer were not even, causing the drawer to sit crooked. Aesthetically annoying af but still functions

My son loves this desk! It was quite time consuming to put together, the quality is just OK lots of particle board. I used wood glue on everything as I put it together. Not the best for the money but certainly not the worse.

slow shipping and pieces do not fit in brackets

Really nice desk except for parts problem. The cutest thing about it is the sliding door, which could not be added on due to not fitting in the brackets provided. Was a huge pain to put together and shipping was horribly slow.

This desk is not great and I wish I would have listened to the reviews and chosen a different one. It does look very nice, so two starts for that. However: - The keyboard tray thing is not secure and constantly fell down to one side until we drilled in extra holes for more brackets. - The cabinet door is constantly stuck and doesn't open smoothly. It's very difficult to open without moving the whole desk. - My least favorite - the filing cabinet drawer. The rods are 13" apart instead of the standard 12.75", so NO hanging file folders fit them. I'm hopeful that some are out there, but I've been looking for months and haven't found any yet. Super frustrating to have a great file drawer and not be able to use it at all. -.- - It took a really long time to put together, the instructions and didn't match up or make sense, and we had to make a few adjustments to make everything fit. I chose this desk because it looked nice and was cheaper than the other ones I liked, but I wish I would have gone with a different one. It isn't worth the hassle at all. Not a fan and I wouldn't recommend it.

The desk arrived within 4 days with a ton of parts. After 3 hours of reading the instructions and attempting to place pieces as described- I had to solicit the assistance from my father. The desk is not as stable as I expected. Additionally, if you plan on purchasing this desk, be sure to purchase wood glue to aid in the sturdiness.

It's a beautiful solid desk and easy to put together. Meets my needs and allows for 2 people use at once doing homework etc. Great home office desk.

Shipping was miserable because we didn't get all the pieces and then it was out of stock. Once it arrived it took hours to put together because the instructions were not complete and incorrect. We had to just assume logically put it together because it had parts mislabeled and skipped entire steps. Once it was together, the edges are extremely sharp so you cannot lean on it while you work. However, it is decently sturdy and satisfies the need of a desk.
