I ordered 2 of these beds, 5 days apart, for 2 grandsons. As others have said, it was a minor trial to separate and figure out the lengths of the bolts, since everything arrived in one bag, but that was not a stopper. The totally aggravating thing was discovered in the last step of assembly of the first bed, when I discovered that the "slit" at the head of the bed for the metal hooks of the side rail was just slightly too narrow, and I couldn't get the hooks in. But the bed was built, and I needed it done, so I tore out coarse sandpaper, a thin metal file, a chisel, and finally a flathead screw driver -- basically anything I could find to scrape or get that opening wide enough. Finally, I got it in a little bit, then used a rubber mallet to pound it in the rest of the way.

This is a beautiful looking bed. It is very sturdy and was easy to assemble! My daughter is very happy with it and I would definitely buy again!

Good quality bed. I wish the web page showed exactly how much work was required to put together the bed. It was quite a bit more work than I expected. Nothing difficult, just a pain in the arse to have to do when you just want to bring it into the bedroom and connect two or three pieces and done. But, this was almost an Ikea level of construction. There are a few dings in the wood, but nothing too bad. The packaging was actually really good and the pieces were snug and cozy. But still, we shouldn't receive a brand new bed with dings on it. Fix your quality assurance before you ship stuff out and you'll be a great online store. As of now, you're just a pretty good online store.

I never got the 2nd frame for the 2nd TWin XL bed even though they stated that they would ship it and it should arrive on 4 August; I contacted them o/a 30 July and this past week 7 or 8 Aug - still nothing so I am very disappointed to say the least. The only reason why I did not rate poor was because it is a good quality bed. I just want my frame to set up the bed for my child

I ordered this bed for a small room in a hunting cabin. The quality was more than I expected, the assembly was not very difficult, and no parts were missing! The bed height was adequate for me to store my boots underneath and the storage headboard was great for stashing my personal items (watch, billfold, paperback novel, eye glasses, etc). I am a well-satisfied customer.

We liked our first purchase of this bed, that we came back for a second one for my son's room. There is some assembly, but only about 30 minutes and with some simple tools. The color is true to what you see in the picture and it fits a standard twin mattress.

I would love to actually use this bed frame and give a real rating but I can't. The headboard is a size smaller than the bed frame and customer support is way to slow. Logging calls and emails and 8 days later we are nowhere!

Wood bed rail was cracked right out of the box. Took a week for them to tell me they can’t send a replacement part. Offered me 25.00 to go find the part to fix myself, membership to the “O” club or a refund...I just want the part for the bed
