Good for the price!

Good value for the money and they look expensive! Assembling them is a bit of a challenge but once they are complete we were happy. (Four stars due to the finicky assembly required.)

Looks nice, seems to be poorly made

I bought these chairs in 2022, within 6 months where the backrest connects to the stool developed major cracks and seems to be a defect. The warranty is only 6 months..... neither Home Depot or Corliving will make it right. For the price tag these are incredibly disappointing.

Worst service

I would have given zero. I purchased the item online. After purchasing the item i got called NFM customer care to move the delivery date to Aug, 31,2022. NFM customer care changed the successful, which was also reflected in order history. But suddenly i got message that my credit card. Then i called the NFM customer care again, now they replied since the item was purchased from a third party vendor, they don't have any control over it and told me to contact delivery service company. But this item is already delivered. I have no idea where is this item is now

Great quality and customer service!

I bought 2 of these stools a year ago. Construction and material quality are excellent! The leatherette seats are very comfortable, still look like new and are the only seating I have, so they get a lot of use.

Very nice chairs but I needed5 of them. You need to build each and every one of them. We paid an arm and a leg to ship back LOL! We decided to buy chairs that were already built. These were too much work to put together.

Do not purchase this product as it is the poorest quality I have ever seen! The wood splits as soon as you tighten. The company CorLiving does not stand behind their product and neither does Lowes!

Unable to assemble due to poor fit. Unable to speak to a customer service representative at the manufacturer. Product returned to Lowes.

Looks good but quality is bad

Very poor quality. Took a long time to put together. The back is very poorly made. It cracked the first time sitting on it. So far we have 4 the broke in the same spot. Don't bother spending your money on it. Looks nice but quality isn't.

I really think these stools look great! It is true that they're not too easy to put together.If you don't have lots of patience, it may not be the chair for you. (My husband is an extremely handy guy and he wasn't thrilled). They DID make a cracking sound when I leaned back and I'm 5 10, 145 lbs. He says they're fine, which I do believe because he's such a handyman.

Instructions were a little confusing on attaching the back to the seat part, but no big deal. The end result is exceptional!

cute chair, BUT the worse quality, the back of the chair is very unstable, and cracking, after 1 day... VERY DISAPPOINTED. We thought it was just one chair, but put together 3 (from 4), and they are all the same. Don't waste your money on these poor quality chairs.

Do not buy these chairs. I would give them zero stars if I could. The backrest of one of the chairs broke upon sitting on it for the very first time. They are apparently not designed properly and the backrest cannot bear any weight whatsoever. The chairs do look nice, but don't expect them to last.

Very squeaky

Bad Quality. They took a long time to assemble, and within 24 hours a screw fell out and it was one that was already installed. They are very squeaky and wobble. I would not recommend these for any price.
