Excellent Quality

I’m very pleased with the quality of this mirror. It’s exactually what I needed to complete my bathroom remodel. I’ve purchased several items from build. com and have been very happy with customer service and length of time to ship.

Showed up quickly and is exactly what we were looking for!

Did not receive the hardware (the mounting bar that goes on the wall that the mirror hooks onto or any of the screws). Told Wayfair and they mentioned they would not provide the parts or compensation for the missing parts. I was not able to talk to the supervisor, because, apparently, supervisors don't talk to people. A retailer who services humans but doesn't seem to understand human. Don't worry, just look at your computer screen and think about your next lunch break.

Clear and distortion free mirror

I recently changed all hardware in my powder room to KOHLER brand and chose the moderne brushed gold finish for everything. Obviously my goal was to have the color be consistent across all hardware. Unfortunately the mirror was not a 100% match due to the color being ever so slightly lighter than the rest of the items.. But that’s my only gripe..The mirror itself is clear and distortion free and the frame is also high quality. It gets full 5 stars from me. I chose to install it instead of returning and it looks good.

Looks amazing

It was cracked when we received it and for the last 4-5 days I have tried to replace it with the identical mirror and no one has confirmed they have done this for us. This is the first issue I have ever had with Wayfair regarding any item we have purchased and had an issue with.
