I will never purchase this brand again. I have tried for three days to get this gate to work. I’ve followed steps, made calls, watched videos and it still doesn’t work. I’ll throw this in the box and order a different brand.

I installed this 9 months ago. Wasn't hard to do and works great. I bought a cheap liftmaster receiver so I could program a button on my existing garage door remotes. Also bought their electric lock so the gates are securely locked when shut. The system has been very reliable. Just one issue four months ago, adjusted and fixed in 30mins. Strongly recommend for added convenience, added security, and honestly, it is just cool.

Bought the ES1000D (solar) from a different company. Have had numerous problems. Has a 1 yr warranty on electrical, 5 yrs on all else. W/in a 4 year period, had switches go bad, had to completely replace one arm (to name just a few issues), all at my expense (motor is considered electrical). Now the second arm isn't working!! The 5 year warranty is misleading... basically doesn't cover anything. Not the arm, wiring, connections, board, solar panel... what's left to cover?? The screws?
