Not what it should have been

There is a noticeable chip on the metal edge towards the bottom. The mirror grinds in the screws when you move it. I really don't think it is supposed to do that. The bottom is hollow. I would think there would be something on the bottom to keep it from scratching the surface it sits on. I don't know it I received a bad one. It isn't the same quality of any Michael Aram product I own. It makes me feel like it was a return. The design is beautiful. Had I not threw the packaging away I would send this back. I might send it back anyway because I feel like the screws are going to come out if I move it very much.

I think this Mirror is a work of art and excellent quality. I am sorry that more of the beautiful products produced by Michael Aram are not stocked by stores in the United Kingdom. Candles yes but very few others. I had to buy this in the United States with all the costs involved - but it was worth it.
