Easy to install. 3 settings of color hue LED brightness. I just need to switch to a setting that my wife like. Didn’t have to return and buy a different one just because the color or brightness was not right

Good when it works.

Previous house owner installed this light when she did renovations less than 4 years ago. Light is bright when it works. For the past 8 months this light has been turning off and back on at random when the switch is on (switch controls two different lights). My guess is that it overheats and shuts off; turns back on when cool. Disappointed to learn I need to replace the whole fixture instead of just the bulb.

I recommend my customer to buy 4 of these, after installation realized it's not dimmable, so she was unhappy

Transformer went bad.

So I bought a house that had this light installed less than 3 years ago. The transformer went bad. The only way to fix it is replace it. 60$ for a disposable light. Now, if you have a soldering gun, and you can find the part, and you have the time I guess you can fix it. So much for light that is supposed to last 5.5 years.

Had to replace one

We moved into this house a year ago. One of these ceiling lights had been installed as part of a relatively recent re-model, but it didn't work. Called customer support, who were incredibly helpful, but who informed us that it appeared that the connector box was defective and the whole unit had to be replaced. There's a five year warranty, but obviously we didn't have a sales receipt so we were out of luck there. There's no way the unit had been in for more than a couple of years. Bought the replacement which was easily installed.
