A Good Light

It was a good light. Nothing wrong with it. I returned it because it didn't work where I needed it. Would be perfect for what it was meant for.

The fixtures are awesome, however we needed a 12” fixture as well, and the color difference on the low setting is huge so we can’t use the low setting , which is one of the reasons we chose this brand and product. Would like to know if this is normal please

We bought 6 lights total- one 24 inch and five...

We bought 6 lights total- one 24 inch and five 18 inch lights. The 24 inch light hums when turned on and the five 18 inch lights do not hum. It’s bothersome to me.

Light works very well. However, light is very bright, even with an adjustable blind. The price is very good for an under cabinet light. Light would be excellent if it had a dimmer switch.

Would not recommend for direct wiring

Bought to replace an old direct wired cabinet light. This is only 1 of a few that advertises it as a direct wired light. It can wire direct but, certainly was not made to be. It might work better going into a new house, as it's being built, but not worth it as a light replacement.

These lights are not a quality product. I bought these lights to replace existing hard-wired under-cabinet lights. The first one I took out of the box, I wanted to plug in to see how bright it was and judge the light color. I popped out the convenient side plug and plugged in the provided power cord. When I plugged it into the outlet, it tripped the breaker. Hmmm. I took the cover plate off the light found that one of the wire nuts installed on the line wire must have fallen off during shipping. I installed the wire nut, reset the breaker and it seemed to work fine. Then I began the install. As I said, I intended to hard-wire the light. I snapped off one of the access holes and installed the strain-relief. But the junction box area of the light is so small and the metal gauge is so thin that when I tried to bend 14 AWG solid copper wire to fit in the excess, I could barely manage to do so without bending the light. And then trying to install it where I wanted it, the strain relief bent the back of the light.

This was a replacement, as the first unit failed immediately...

This was a replacement, as the first unit failed immediately after installing (by an electician) and shorted out the circuit. The replacement worked, but one of the connecting cord to connect to an adjacent similar unit failed to work. Luckily we still had an extra cord from the unit we had returned. It works fine, but these should work out of the box-- not really recommending.
